I've done recording session for laugh tracks. It's an interesting experience and I'd recommend people to do it if they get a chance. We were watching Tyler Perry's for better or worse and they just told us to laugh and react when it was natural. It took a minute for the momentum to build, but once we all got on the same wavelength it became the funniest show ever. I went back and tried to watch some later on my own on the other hand and was bored out of my mind.

When first watching the show, it seems so serious. Then re-watching parts of the show, I just constantly laugh. 'Cause when you're first watching, you're so drawn into the deep story that you might miss some of the minor (and finer) details of the script. Now I always laugh about the rocks vs. minerals bit.
