@Estrogen Fury its a very amazing display of how to use your score, when an intense scene is scored it can often take away from the intensity, silence can leave you with nothing but whats going on on screen and cause the events to impact you more. in the case of crawl space, its more of an ambient background score rather than real music to score the scene, and it only comes in after everything is over and the intensity of the scene has already hit you. the music of crawlspace ending is supposed to reflect the despair walt feels as he stares up at the ceiling thinking his family is about to get murdered

She loved walt even after everything he did im the last scene they were together u can still see love in her eyes,and walt loved her back that's why even after gaining the power and recognition he wanted he quit everything for her. It's just some of their actions that make people hate em,but if u really understand the show and the characters u won't hate any of them,u will both love and hate both of them.

Hank's actor is just so good. He perfectly captures the kind of shocked look and not really knowing what to do with himself or what to say after Walt tells them he has cancer. When someone announces something like that you really have no idea what to say, and he captured that feeling so perfectly in a 2 or 3 second shot.

The genius of Vince Gilligan was, that he did not create a character that has no flaws or ONLY good traits and that u can find alot of dislikeble trades in any character. Thats why everyone feels real and the action done by anyone feels logical within their character.. Just like in real life. Thats why we all probalby know a Skyler or a Walter (ofc without the meth-part :D) I can imagine myself sitting their too, with family and friends, dinner in the backyard, just enjoying life and suddenly the curtain drops..

Out of context, it looks a bit weird, but I don't ever remember it feeling out of place when watching the show or the episode. The rest of the episode, and the next few, have him berating Walt for being so nonchalant about it all and generally being angry about it. With that in mind, I don't think his reaction is too far out there. I think the idea is that he already knew something serious was going on at this point, was exasperated at being kept in the dark about it (the first few episodes make a point about him being fed up of not being treated like an adult), and being angry that they weren't taking every measure to fix it.
