Millets are good for health I'm.diabetic n wheat like rice has carbohydrates n so I hv homemade multigrain rotis the rest maybe true. Biscuits also don't hv the ingredients they mention is in small quantities

1. Apple cider vinegar with mother will boost ur gut health 2. Ghee has high smoking point that's why it is good for Deep frying and for food that requires slow heating 3. Millets are very good than wheat because they doesn't increase ur GI as compared to wheat... quantity matters

Millets are definitely superior if you are trying to either lose weight or trying to control blood sugar. Switching to millets was suggested to me by my doctor and it definitely has helped me with both weight loss and blood sugar

Aur koi bhi grain blood sugar low nahi karta kyuki sab me carbs hote hain. Millets blood sugar unnecessarily rise nahi karte. Yakeen na aa raha ho to iss influencer ko chhod ke jao aur kisi doctor se puch lo.

And in today's world u cannot shun down every food bcoz at some point everything is processed but u can reduce the consumption of them. You need good fats ? Take supplement of omega 3 or eat eggs of omega 3 fed chicken . Even overfeeding if omega 3 has direct and measurable beneficial impact on heart health and brain development. Why to even think of oils and calorified foods when the healthy fats are concerned ?

Agree with all points except the first one. In a recent study, Acetic Acid is proven to reduce glucose spikes when consumed before meals. ACV is one of the best options for this. Can go for synthetic vinegar as well but ACV is an easier option.

@@ravishukla7573 yes, but quantity of acetic acid is less. ACV is also an easier way to consume. And longer shelf life as well at room temperature. Lemons expire fast and prices fluctuate a lot in summer.

I left eating wheat , white rice and milk products and instead started having millets and fruits and salads . .. this is how I completely changed myself , became slim and trim , more energetic , more youthful . And yes never take even a sip of cold drinks .

Millets generally require less water to produce. And due to climate change, rainfall is decreasing. Govt is promoting millets so that people use more millets which can be used as replacement of wheat but requires less water to grow.

​@@vaibhavnikam9887I'm a farmer and he's right. Millets need less water and care than high yield wheat varieties. In turn, the yield is also lower per acre. Millets also have more fiber which keeps you full for longer. I run an organic farm near jaipur.

Millet wheat bohot jyada behtar hai. Millets ka fibre content, protein content, low glycemic index, complex carbohydrates (not harmful), mineral content ye sare Wheat se jyada accha hai or Gluten bhi nehi hota hai. If taken as a food. Meaning eating regularly. Millets are not miracles meaning if you eat once or twice it'll not cure anything 😀

apple cider vinegar if taken before meal reduces sugar spike by 40%, it's a lot considering Indian food is heavy on carbs and a lot of poeple suffering from obesity most likely suffers from insulin resistance also, in that case, apple cider vinegar nothing short of "superfood"

So, to get our stomach acid back on track apple cider vinegar is a good option. This is for the people who are facing issues digesting protein or have chronic inflammation in the body.

@@Treatjunction we cannot interchange food items that have citric acid with ACV. Both have different nutritional values. Citrus fruits are easy to consume directly as their acid is not strong hence they can't help much to acidify our stomach. On the other hand ACV is bit potent and hence it helps in acidifying our stomach. 1-2 tablespoon ACV with half glass water helps in long term if consumed daily over a long period of time.

Haag diya bhai tune. 1. Desi Ghee is much better than almost all healthy fats as it is rich in A2 caisen protein. 2. Millets are indeed better than wheat, they have almost 2-3 times more fibre compared to wheat and are also easier to grow. 3. Jaggery and sugar are not same. Sugar is extracted using chemicals which cannot be removed completely.
