Nothing alarming going on here, when you do good, people come after you and either make you an offer you can't refuse money wise, or offer you a better opportunity. The offense is VERY vanilla. Relied on athleticism too much. Very little pre-snap motion. Run blocking schemes straight ahead versus pulling and trapping.

Coach Dancy was at Colorado for two seasons. He left a head coaching job in order to gain experience. He is returning to Mississippi to coach at an SEC school. Deion doing a horrible job of managing expectations. As a National Champion, coach would do an excellent job of making sure we never got to high nor to low. He never sold us confidence because everyone was good, the opposing team was just as talented. Deion actually think by making his players think they are better than the other team, they going to win. No, every team they play wants to beat "Deion Sanders", not Colorado. He doesn't get that. His message should be fundamentals, angles, techniques, nothing about working hard, nothing about you better, nothing. His message should be the simple things, small details, play after play. His teams are too arrogant which motivates the other team to embarrass them. In the short term, this sucks. In the midterm it's TBD. In the long term it could be a positive. Programs don't take coaches from bad programs. This happened all the time when the Buffs were a power under Bill McCartney. They key is how he responds. If Prime becomes known for helping coaches elevate, then that'll attract other good coaches with those ambitions. Nick Saban always had massive turnover. The concern is, they seemed to be lateral moves.
