What a beautiful conversation. I am going through my inner healing journey and this is very therapeutic. I definitely prioritize working out and going for therapy. I have gone from 82 kgs to 61 and the change is in every area of my life. I now find it easy to detect toxic environments and respond accordingly. If you are starting or progressing in the journey, remember that this is what God wishes for you. Keep showing up for you with love, compassion and gratitude.
