unless he is able to get hit by a vehicle going 24mph and thrown 30 feet and magically not get any bruising which is impossible then how is this even a question - we don’t even have to cover the insane amount of other incompetence, inconsistencies, and lies. She could get ‘I hit him’ tattooed on her forehead and it wouldn’t make it true - not that anyone who testified she said it reported it on any of there reports or questioning that day - seems like that would be an important thing to mention before a year had past. But again doesn’t even matter if it contradicts the hard evidence showing it’s impossible. Biology, Physics, and Time itself say she’s innocent.
