50-60% is a good starting point if you’re using bands or chains. 60-70% is a good starting point with straight weight.

Great video but Mark you never touched on what percentage of your one rep max to use (probably the most important part). I can see people going in and trying to do this with 80% and being counter productive.

I generally wouldn't recommend a person attempts the dynamic effort method until you can bench press 750 lbs raw. Yes, a rib on the broscience statement of setting a limit on doing the dynamic effort lifting. Too funny, start from where you are as an individual not where some other guy tells you to.
