When a guy is willing and able to work 120 hours a week for YEARS and DECADES, I'd fully expect that guy to be worth and have more than me, a disabled stay at home dad on SSDI. Even if I COULD work 120 hours a week for the next ten years, I WOULDN'T, there's sacrifices you make choosing that lifestyle I'm not willing to toss aside, like family for example. Seems fair to me. There's PLENTY of things those billionaires have that I want...... Pretty sure it's the exact same on the flip side. The new living wage is a minimum of $25 per hour which is $4000 per month working 40 hours per week which is $48,000 a year. Which is nowhere near middle class! i’ve come to this understanding through economics and not liberal ideology. Minimum wage stopped keeping up with the pace of inflation in the 1960s. This is unacceptable and people need to drop out of the labor market until wages are revised for inflation.

To clarify this persons comment, a state cannot raise the federal minimum raise. They can only raise their states minimum wage. Additionally according to pew research center only 60% of economists surveyed agree with raising the minimum wage so this goes far beyond republican or democrat. At the end of the day the government should not determine your pay. Your skills and knowledge should.

Its not hard to monitor a childs internet usage. Most platforms, a parent can link the childs account to theirs so they can monitor. There are also parental controls and if that's not working for you, then you as a parent should make the decision to not let your child have a phone. You can have alerts sent to you when your kid tries to download something. It's not difficult. Some parents just don't want to parent and blame outside sources for the downfall in their homes and children. Take more responsibility people. It starts at home🤦🏻‍♀️

Police should not be allowed to disrupt traffic on the highways for safety reasons. It is a dangerous distraction to drivers. The police should be required to do their harassing by means of waiting till the person stops on their own or at their place of residence. Not that police harassment should even be allowed. Same for police chases. There is no logical reason for it other than to allow police rage to manifest. They should carefully follow the suspects for the safety of pedestrians and other drivers till the suspect stops.

The minimum wage will be brought up $0.20 😁 All seriousness increasing the minimum wage won't fix stuff, rent alone is about $800-$1000 alone excluding bills for electricity water and heating witch can vary big time per apartment add cost of food and needed amenities. All that will increase in the next year or so if Trump goes ahead with his tariff threats and other economic "benefits" America is a poor man's nation a condition it put upon itself.
