8:24 there is an adjustment screw on the back of the opener head. There is an up & down pressure. Just crank the down pressure up. Cold weather wreaks havoc with openers. I owned and operated an Overhead Garage Door and Opener business until the cancer disabled me. Cancer free though.

Happy for you about the building! It sure is nice when you can wash a truck and park it inside overnight. Be careful welding on a truck without the battery disconnected. You can damage the electronics on the truck.

Mike, you said to yourself I don't know how a guy can make any money charging 200 a month for the snow clearing with salt. Nobody does, and that's why he's asking you to do it, lol. Cheap PR. I have more respect for you knowing your not a pushover. Good for you, The saying the rich get richer is because there are some peeps that don't know business and the value of their time. That's basically free to a guy lime the landlord at that rate. Your equipment maintenance isn't free or cheap. Good for you, brother.

Hey Mike for your garage door it may need lubricant on the weather stripping or there should be sensitivity screws on one side of the motor or the backside of the motor. Just make sure that they’re not your limit screws. That’s on older motors. If it’s a newer motor, you’ll have to reset the whole thing. How do I know i install garage doors for a living any questions just give me a shout 👍

Once Ryan gets his new shop built, you could rent from him and hopefully get some yard space as well. Glad you turned down the low ball offer to clear snow. You need to stick to proper rates to pay yourself a wage.

Quite right Mike. Keep your truck clean and get the salt off it.

You wash your truck as many times as you want Mike, I think like you if you keep you truck well maintained, you will keep you truck longer. Spending an hour washing the truck will save you hours and hours of patching and welding in the future. Also you changed your opening titles, I liked the old ones, I suppose I will get used to the new ones. 👍👍👍👍👍
@IntegraDIY5 ай бұрын
21:48 personally I would avoid washing the salter if I didn’t want concentrated salt water on the frame and between the frame and bed. But maybe the truck has a lot of salt already? Would be best to try and find a way to neutralize the salt. Maybe adding some vinegar mixed with soap to a foam sprayer 🤔
