Mistakes 1.Dont rise your heels 2.start your lift from 90 degree Bas itna hi

One more thing u have to go in flop wrist this will put a lot of strain on your wrist training it to be super strong😊

Man it's Great lift and you are mad strong. That said it's hard to compare of your forearm Isn't parallel to the ground at the beginning. Im not saying it's a bad lift if you have not the Same angle, Just that you can't compare the weight with people that have the forearm parallele to the ground because it's not the Same torque. Still impressive lift.

Devon doesnt do it with straight wrists he kicks it back a little bit to the point where pronator teres is engaged, Devon does not hammer curling it, and think about falling on your back instead of thinking to lift it with your arm. Your form still needs fixing

Bhai cup to fir bhi kar hi rahe ho...is lift me sirf 2 chiz hi karni h...wrist straight(no cup) or forearm ka angle almost parallel hona chahiye ground se...jruri thodi h bhai ki 50 kg hi karna h....35 kro beshak par in dono condition ko fulfil karte hue karo

Hello, Mujhe arm wrestling kar na hai aur muje kuch nahi pata kitna der kat training karna hai aur kon kon se exercise karna hai week me kitna din training karna hai kis kis parth ka karna hai 😅

Aapko basic clear karne ke liye 1 months lag jaayenge par pro banne ke liye more than 2 year lag sakte hai Baak training ke upar hai Pahle aapko apni technique ko pehchanna hoga ki aap hook khelte ho ya toproll Arm wrestling me sabse important aapki strength, wrist, forearm, shoulder, bicep, tricep ki strength training karni padti hai Sabse jyada wrist and forearm pe jyada dhyan dena padega Apni technique ko master karo consistently karoge to 1 year me bahut strong ho jaoge 😊😊
