The AG has prosecutorial discretion. If you don’t know what that is.. let me tell you. In common law, the principle of prosecutorial discretion allows public prosecutors a wide latitude to decide whether or not to charge a person for a crime, and which charges to file. The AG is not an average citizen and they have prosecutorial discretion. Even if Biden did break the law, he doesn’t have to bring charges. Simple as that. Republicans are delusional and wasting time and tax payers money.
