I'm glad everyone is positive, and I hate to cynical but I hope this video doesn't age like milk, because the merging of large companies always leads to less competition and higher prices and fees usually after a year or two. Will we get best of both, probably yes, but at what cost? I'm not feeling particular confident and I hope I am wrong. But someone has to be in charge and it'll be naive to think that the management of Printful and management of Printify will have equal say. Only 1 will be running the ship and steering the company in the direction they want.

I hope the mockups are better because etsy only allows 10 and when your selecting a color the product doesn't change so I can see why sales are down

We use both...Printify for most things and Printful for embroidery.

Wow This is interesting; Last week, I was JUST doing my research to compare the 2 companies plus Gelato to see which one is better as one you did not have to pay upfront, both had a specific set of products but still missing some items (🤣), one has a membership plan, etc. I just about to purchase sample kit to see which one had better quality; i know there are several comparison YT vids out there and i was going to do the same. So geeshh this is RIGHT on time info. thanks for sharing.

Hope they keep the product design layout the Printify way. I shy away from Printful because layout & sizing the design is just not as easy, IMO.

What I have discovered and compared....Printful is much more expensive, thus I don't use it at all, and Printify has very good pricing on products. I have reached out to Printify merchant support since this announcement asking how the pricing is going to go....and as you said, for now, they are saying that the platforms will remain 'separate' under the umbrella of one company for now, so I am assuming their pricing will remain the same too. Future pricing isn't determined yet. So...I'm not sure this is a great thing, but it will most certainly provide quite a few more options for additional products. I just know for me, I 'shop' products, get samples, and then decide based on quality, price and production times...and so far, Printify's companies that I have chosen to work with are great, and competitively priced. I have no desire to use Printful for that main reason as their prices can't compete, though I know they have good products. Just my 2 cents....

I am afraid that Printful's quality production will be slightly twisted. The network overseeing the quality production from the side of Printify is very poor and inconstant.

Hi, Both companies take quality really seriously, we couldn’t have delivered over 150 million packages between us without looking after quality. We’re both never happy with where we are now, we’re both always trying to improve and we’ll always do that. We won’t be taking away your ability to choose a certain provider if that’s who you prefer.

Good Morning from NY, New to Etsy almost 6 month in a few days and Ii have a question regarding Available for deposit "The amount of your current balance that can be deposited. Funds from your Etsy Payments orders will be available for deposit 20 business days after a sale, subject to any reserves, holds, or delays." can you explain this or do you have a video that does? The question that I am looking for is why does Etsy has Weekly payouts and also you cant retrieve the payout after 20 day for shops or is this only for new shops? I would be greatly appreciative if you can assist.

I don't and won't do business with printful so if they are taking over printify they won't get my business. I am still run my business based on ethics and good values and morals and printful has zero of those. But there are other alternatives that do

Printful is acquiring Printify. They're valuated over $1billion whereas Printify is a few hundred million. But I did read the who's acquiring who details somewhere, not sure where. :) And the funny thing is they're literally neighbors in Riga, Latvia, a few blocks away from each other.
