Old man works 9 to 5, I saw him for 4 hours, and he was busy showering and cooking half of that time. Old lady worked 3rd shift, so 9pm to 5am. She was technically home, but asleep most of the time, as I saw her awake before school and a couple hours before she went to work. So how bout you get off your idealist rich man high horse and face reality. Parents work, and ain't got time. This bill is an incredible governmental overreach which will supersede the efforts of mental health professionals to actually treat anxiety disorders. The goal is to live in the real world and learn to manage content and situations not protect an individual from every ounce of anxiety producing content. It is disempowering on every level.
