You can't violate free speech even if some people, ok a lot of people, will believe anything you tell them. It amazes me that with the age of information has also brought in the age of extreme gullibility. Too many people are trading in truth for the echo chamber that tells them exactly what they want to hear.

I think you're naive in your thinking. The rich and powerful have always controlled information and the lay folk have always been easily persuaded. Let me help you think clearly about human beings. We are animals and we compete for mates and survival. We just do it more differently than any other animal but at its core, it's exactly the same.

This bill is an incredible governmental overreach which will supersede the efforts of mental health professionals to actually treat anxiety disorders. The goal is to live in the real world and learn to manage content and situations not protect an individual from every ounce of anxiety producing content. It is disempowering on every level.
