MLB definitely should step in. Slaray cap. Yankees vs Dodgers every world series all but guarantees the MLB will die...

People will say this is the Ohtani effect. But the truth is Dodgers have been a top-tier organization since Mark Walter and Andrew Friedman took over. The player development and team success are very attractive to free agents. Dodgers are known for turning faceless players into all stars. Players regularly take paycuts to sign with or stay with the Dodgers. Most recently Teoscar and Hyeseong Kim. Very good chance Sasaki would be a Dodger even without Ohtani

I was subscribed bro for a week. But I’ll be honest there was just too many posts over and over. I couldn’t take it. But great content and information. It was just too much for me but I like the videos that come up

Sasaki by signing with the Dodgers is going to be playing on the biggest stage ever. His first year he is going to have the opportunity to prove himself. If he is successful his worth will go up substantially.

It was never about the money. If he was worried about the money...he would have waited a few years in Japan to sign for 500+ million. He chose the Dodgers because they were simply the best fit for what he was looking for. And let's be honest...who wouldn't want to play with the Dodgers right now? I'm a Dodgers fan myself...but I wouldn't have been surprised if he had picked another team...but at the same time...why would you? He has a chance to learn from a bunch of legends on while he is developing with no pressure whatsoever on him. The Dodgers treat their players & family well. All of these things factor in.
