He’s talking about young people’s involvement in their revolution for freedom. He’s given a similar speech in English touching onto how the likes of Mw. J. Nyerere, P. Lumumba, K. Kaunda and Kwame Nkuruma were all young Africans when they fought for independence and liberation. Hope this summarises a bit for you. Maybe one day when Africa is united we will also have one language that connects us all 🙏🏾

He is talking about the young Africans today and he brings. Examples of past African leaders such as Nyerere Samora Mashell Kenneth Kaunda Kwame Nkurumah. He continues to say that such past leaders were young disciplined and they fully believed in themselves. So he is telling the young Africans that they should emulate such leaders and that they should develop the guts to stand up for the African continent. He is warning the young people against foreign lifestyles and that they should act African and be ready to do whatever it takes to liberate the continent from neocolonialism

Africa continue to repeat the same mistakes over and over, and u would have thought one country in Africa would wise- up when he sees his fellow leaders became victims of the traps set by enemies, they too ( country after country on the continent) falls into the same pit( example china's predatory loans that's crushing african countries)
