I'm surprised the authorities have not cracked down on the yellow cab co. Most of their drivers are not US citizens, here on a work visa, cause so many accidents that they're not held accountable for. Work visas are for immigrants that are providing a service that a US citizen will not do. So, there's an organization that claims they need seasonal workers (thus the visa claim) but it's a money-making scheme for these corps like yellow cab to make unreported incomes.
