Very helpful, I'm recovering from a hip replacement which has been very successful and for the first time in a couple of years I'm pain free, however my other hip will have to be done down the line, the relief from the pain has given me back my life, however I have recently developed tingling in my left leg, not all the time, it doesn't prevent me from doing my exercises and aqua aerobics but is this normal, ?thank you
