I have owned several K30's, the death wobble from my experience is resolved by a steering stabilizer and rotating tires. Since you replaced your dry rotted tires it will probably be good for awhile. But if it returns then make sure your alignment is good and add a stabilizer that bolts to the front axle and tie rod.

I have fixed more than a few gasoline tanks with a cork and liquid steel. Never leaked again. The cork seals it and the liquid steel holds the cork in place, That thin patch of metal with pin hole leaks looks like it is beyond a cork and liquid steel. Be grateful the truck has a few bugs or it wouldn't have been for sale.

I love watching your videos. I think the major draw to the Cabin was that it was ongoing. Regular videos showing the chronological progression of a larger project keep people remembering to come back. Starting a large expensive project for the sake of a video would be silly though if this isn't your primary source of income. I look forward to the next series while happily watching the on offs! Love the property, your shop and all the stuff you got goin on. Keep it up!

Water over the dam, but sharing for future reference. Not sure how old the square body is but older ones ran 7.50x16 tires. The tires you fitted looked like maybe 235 85 16 and ones that were particularly wide at that. You can still buy 7.50x16 BFG makes an MT in that size.
@opie7afeАй бұрын
7.5 width is insanely common. You could fit 12" width on a 7.5 wheel if you wanted(would look stupid but) acting like its a 16.5 wheel or something.

I finally went to harbor freight and bought a fleet of their cheap battery maintainers. I've already saved the cost of at least one frozen battery. Too many things have a draw and end up killing the battery. It dies ... freezes and then that's the end of it. I'm only a little ways NE of you so when a battery freezes in the winter, there's no saving it.
