I learned so much researching this topic with social media… what have you learned about it and it’s negative effects on us??

yes this is so important - and many of the creators of these apps do know this and are known for not allowing their own kids to use them. eg Steve jobs, and the creator of snapchat and more. they are so addictive, so concerning for kids who have never known anything different. love this thanks. blue light tells the brain to stay awake so definitely not good for bedtime scrolling.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💯💯💯💯

Dear Madam Amanda,thank you so much for this video and this topic. So helpful! I think,very dangerous about social media could be - kind of financial cheat or swindle ( for example with a bitcoin and etc.). Well,to be honest - absolutely safe,inspirational,educational is : to watch your videos.Recommendation for all people (if you don't mind). Btw - your cat is a cute,beautiful pet.
