It is my genuine hope that Marvel treats the X-Men with more care than Fox did. The significant age differences from comic/cartoons to the movies was pretty horrible. They also treated Storm like a weakling when she is one of the most powerful X-Men. Also, I really hope that they do not put in Rogue right away with her powers... As the source of her powers is still active in the MCU.

And seeing as Colossus is so popular in the Deadpool movies and Disney loves to include gay characters, and Iceman being gay, they both have a good shot at being core team members of the new roster. Essentials member also has to be Cyclops, Jean, Wolverine, Storm, Beast, Gambit, Rogue and Charles of course. But most rosters of X-men teams, at least in the comics, have consisted of a minimum of five and up to ten members, excluding Charles, so lets hope they chose wisely this time and make sure to give equal screen time to each and not repeat Fox's obsession with making Wolverine, Charles, Magneto or Mystique the center of every story.

Endgame would be a bad choice, too many callbacks and fan service in that movie (I think there were close to 100 of those), you would be better gleaning from infinity war, ragnarok, winter soldier, civil war etc as you build, not copy but work out what worked and adapt something similar.

Story wise it would just pause her character but just like the comics she eventually comes out of the coma. Otherwise she would still just be Ms Marvel in the comics instead of Captain Marvel. Plus Captain Marvel becomes a psychic background entity character in Rogues subconscious.

I mean FF even though they're Marvel's 1st family work better along side other heroes. When in your childhood did you ever hear someone say Oh I want to be Mr.. Fantastic, The Thing aka the poor man's Hulk, Johnny Storm in a world full of cooler heroes with fire powers (Ghost Rider), Invisible Woman a powerhouse in a world where Jean Grey, Scarlet Witch, Ms. Marvel exist.. I mean Reed is the smartest man alive. His team have arguably the best coordination as a fighting unit. That surpasses TheAavengers and X-Men in a lot of ways. They're just not that interesting. Only great thing about them is a Fantastic four have the greatest comic book villain of all times and Doctor Doom. X-Men on the other hand everybody wants to line up to play an X-Men character.

Dude it's just gonna be all the young currently famous actors. I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if Zack or Cody is Cyclops. Whichever one is currently in all the tween movies. That's all they do now with casting. When the MCU first started out they hired pretty much unknowns/coming up. RDJ was blackballed by Hollywood, Evans was B list at best; Hemsworth and Renner were no bodies; Scarlett and Ruffalo were the only on the rise; Jackson was the only one with real box office star power numbers. They TURNED actors into stars. Look at everyone in GotG, all unknowns. Now they literally are only hiring whoever is the most famous they can get. Look at the cast F4, though they all can surprisingly legitimately act. We're gonna get a great X-Men story with people who can't act and are literally known from some other main role they had.

Live action X-Men ‘97 using the original Fox cast is a BRILLIANT idea. Lead it directly into a Secret Wars prelude Avengers vs X-Men movie, which then goes right into the epic chaos of Secret Wars (parts 1 & 2). This is the way to do it, in my opinion. We finally get the X-Men we always wanted. And then the best part of it all, Avengers vs X-Men! You have the gravitas of the Fox X-Men cast, but finally done right, vs The Avengers, it will make a Billion easy, assuming it has at least a decent/good script. And bring back the OG Avengers! So many great matchups! Ironman vs Magneto! Cap vs Cyclops! Wolverine vs Hulk! Captain Marvel vs Rogue! Spider-Man vs Nightcrawler! Storm vs Thor (give Storm Mjolnir to even the odds. We’ve never seen someone in the MCU pick up Mjolnir to use AGAINST Thor)! Black Panther (Shuri) vs X-23! Iceman vs Vision! Scarlet Witch vs Jean Grey/Phoenix! I could go on, it writes itself! It’s a really exciting idea, it would be a huge mistake to pass on this awesome opportunity to capitalize on 25 years of Marvel Movies. If done right, it could be unlike anything we have ever seen before in film history!

If they're going the route of a one-off X-Men story to follow Monica's story after the Marvels, they should keep it as some of the OG X-Men since they already have Kelsey Grammer as Beast. Might as well have Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, Hugh, and some others to go into Secret Wars. Then, you slowly introduce new characters throughout the movie, Secret Wars, and throughout the next saga. Thats my take on it

Here’s who should be the new team: Xavier, Binary, Beast, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Ms Marvel, Jubilee, Wolverine (Laura), Synch, Sunfire. Why? This isn’t X-Men 97 and this is secret wars. We’re unfamiliar with many of these characters on screen, but they would interact explosively together. The drama and tension between Emma, Xavier, Binary, and Proton could be legendary. There’s also some “Avengers” mutants on the team.

It was the involvement with the Shi'Ar that put the X-Men in the path of the M'Kraan Crystal which is said to be the Nexus of all realities and that if the M'Kraan is destroyed in one reality it destroys all realities. If this X-Men film is supposed to connect to the Multiverse Saga, I would love to see them do it in away that involves them, the Shi'Ar and the M'Kraan Crystal.

This actually makes the most sense to me. Introduce the x-men before the end the multiverse saga, it’s an on ramp for the mutant saga and off ramp for the multiverse saga.

Initially I hated the idea of an X-Men movie coming before secret wars, BUT if it's going to be a follow-up to the end of the Marvels and they're actually going to start following up with their post credits scenes again I'm pretty excited for that. Like the Fantastic Four coming from the other universe to band together in Secret Wars I figured the X-Men would do the same especially since in Deadpool & Wolverine the X-Men are probably all dead. coming from all corners of the multiverse for Secret Wars would be like a grander scale version of everyone coming together from the 616 for Infinity War and Endgame, which is basically what they're trying to do. I do hope that if this is true that they don't keep the entire cast for the in universe Mutant Saga reboot, unless they get some really phenomenal castings in which case I feel some can stay and some can be recast, that also goes for the Fantastic Four. I'd honestly like to see this X-Men universe as basically a live action X-Men 92 with those characters since X-Men 97 is currently kicking ass.

Earth 267 are you absolutely certain.??? If this is true then, the MCU is moving forward with Kang as the main villain in the Multiverse Saga. Earth 267 is where Kang killed the Avengers by detonating a nuclear bomb. If the MCU is adapting this storyline for an X-Men movie, then this is very exciting news. I would like to see, X-Men Blue and Gold Teams, with Cyclops and Storm as the main focus. Deadpool and Wolverine should remain as their own, R - Rated franchise. X-Men: Blue and Gold Teams. Cyclops, Storm, Beast, Jean Grey, Rogue, Gambit, Nightcrawler, Angel, Iceman, Shadowcat, Jubilee, Magik, Sunspot.

Characters like Cyclops and Rogue, Gambi… Storm, Nightcrawler. Charles Xavier. Colossus. It would be nice to introduce them in a way where they could all get a little shine instead of as a group, as they did the Avengers. As the comics did.
