Funny thing about what Saul said about "dealer amounts" and "cops always having their thumb on the scale" So I had to get a lawyer for something. A minor infraction. The lawyer told me a story about how he had a client busted for weed, just over the "dealer amount," and what he did was delay the trial as long as possible and then motion to have the evidence re-examined. By the time they properly re-weighed the evidence, it had dried out enough that it no longer was a "dealer amount" and got the guy down to simple possession. That's a very Saul Goodman kinda move

Saul Goodman reminds me so much of him. Quick witted, a hustler and wheeler-dealer, infamous around the local courts. He talked me into letting him represent me on a speeding ticket in traffic court. The first thing that he did was talk to the bailiff to get my case pulled first. Then, when I was called and he appeared, the judge started snickering. He knew he was going to be entertained. But Badger never called Saul...Jesse and Walther contacted Saul..Presumably Jesse got Sauls name from Crazy8...Who in turn got it from Nacho Varga...

"Just like a butcher with his thumb on the scale." Many years ago, I lived in a small town in Brazil. And the local butcher was caught placing a magnet under the scale with his left hand while placing the meat on the scale with his right hand. He had perfected this maneuver into a seamless gesture and had been ripping off his friends and neighbors for years. That is, until he finally got caught.
