Day 2 - less than 10mins in the session I wanted to quiet, I just wasn’t getting in the zone and my mind was all over the place, then they was a part the instructor said something like “ no else gonna do it for you”, and that motivated me to sit through it. As much as I didn’t put in my 100% , I managed to finished the session and that is my best W today. I was constantly unsettled, until near the end when the song “inner peace” started playing my left eye just started tearing, for those few minutes I was calm and collected. Stay Blessed

This came across my feed and I sat on it for a few days, knowing that it was needed but not feeling ready to sit and try it. I finally sat today and cried out shame, sadness, trauma, and pain. I feel so much lighter. Thank you for your beautiful gift! 🤍

Beware, this video is powerful. At around 20:50 she says a thing that you don't want to hear if you are deep into trauma space and you are like me. I had a bad childhood and it led me to never feel seen, no matter if someone loves me. When she said to remember a time where I felt seen and I couldn't bring that up it really messed me up, and not in a positive or healing way. I had my guard down and I was very activated.

DAY 1 - I am committed to doing this meditation every day during this Capricorn season. The most I got out of the session today was a “strong change of thought” right at the end of the session I realised that when your down ‘rock bottom’, accepting (it’s okay not to be okay) , your get the POWER of starting again , getting back to my focus again and it’s okay to take those baby steps again and continue with my growth progress. I was reminded when Kode Bryant said “ when you down, stay down for a while and get more understanding on why your down and how you got down, when you get back up you will be more stronger than the last time you got up” Stay Blessed 🙏🏿
