Matt D'Avella I just did the breath work. And holy moly. What just happened!?!? 🤯 that got so trippy! DID NOT EXPECT THAT to work on me. I completely lost track of space and time and found myself in flow with my thoughts, and now looking back I can’t even remember what most of those thoughts were... I’m astounded. I’ve been very depressed lately and have such clarity right now.

Thank you so much for this. I Hs done Breathwork before, but recently I have felt some deep, deep grief in my heart venture and it wasn’t shifting and I couldn’t cry - nor necessarily attach a story to it which can sometimes help the release. I have been doing this video for a few days and been able to cry each time. Still not done with releasing the grief so I will keep going! Thank you so so much x

I actually wonder that this breathing style is very similar to how we breathe when we cry and it almost triggers the brain and takes you back to times where you’ve breathed this way during crying in the past but held it in.

I'm on day 7 of this breathwork. There first day I tried this it was the best drug I've ever tried. I've tried many "spiritual"drugs. I'm doing this for 30 days as a part of my healing journey. I started meditating almost 3 years ago on this journey. I'm grateful to take the breath further, thank you. I'm living in my car or I'd send you some much deserved financial energy. I have depression and everything you said, I felt nothing for, so I didn't say anything out loud, I couldn't find anyone to feel gratitude for, felt nothing; I'm usually empty. My mouth was really dry from the breathing, my feet were cold from being outstretched. But I kept on breathing and it made me finally start sobbing near the end, which is great. I've been numb for months; finally got to have some release. Thanks.

I don't know if anyone will read this, but I wanted to release my experience as well. I am not writing often in comments, so let's start. First of all I tried to fight with my depression through the several meditations. It doesn't help me so I though that I am doing something wrong. Now I finally came here&this is so powerful. I felt it so much, at first crying and then felt powerful tingeling on my face and palms. Later going on it became stronger(reaching stomach, later legs..) I stopped when ir came too strong for me, my arms suddenly shrink in cramp. I was really scared, because I couldn't move my hands. It continued at least 15 minutes. And even later still. But I am feeling good now, thanks.

This was my first experience with breathwork. I have tried a few different types of meditation but found it difficult to quiet my mind. The breathing exercises gave me a focus by which I was able to sink into myself and completely let go of the world. I remember that at one point I became so cold that I was shivering even though the temperature of the room obviously never changed. When the session was over I had the sensation of "hearing energy," like a fog in my ears. I have never been so deeply relaxed and will continue studying this method with the hope of teaching it to others.

Wow. About halfway in, out of nowhere, I was literally brought to tears. I felt myself still holding them back, but towards the end I cried some more. This has been an issue for me since high school- I would try, but I physically couldn’t get myself to cry. But now, because of you, I can and did. Thank you so much for helping me feel this side of myself Michelle!

There are so many things I like about this meditation, the heart breathing, letting it be, the feeling the mouth only breathing creates in my solar plexus and chakra, addressing the resistance to express it, the gratitude and cues for self acceptance and love. All around this is off the charts freaking amazing

On the first day of this breath-work session I was overcome with so much emotion. The most difficult part was telling myself that it was okay to breath. I do really well with clearing my head of distractions and I feel that this was so very important to do because I was able to just focus on my breathing. This is a very powerful video and I have shared it with several people that I know will enjoy it. Namaste.

I hear people experience such things but you never believe it right? I am chocked and so thankful for this. I was very stressed before and needed something to reset my mind and body. As you were saying these things along the well I felt them. The tingling sensations, my heart opening up, I started smiling and crying at the same time, I shivered so much as if I was letting go of something. Usually when I tell that I love myself I have a hard time actually feeling that way and when I hugged myself it felt so genuine and the amount of gratitude that I felt is incredible. Thank you for this. I will definitely incorporate breathwork into my routine.

Yes I felt the same. At first felt like I wasn’t doing it right now, judging myself. Then felt panicked as if I couldn’t keep doing it but I tried to just still my mind. Eventually was able to just focus on my breath. Started crying at one point thinking of my father who passed. Started saying to him that I’m scared. Then I felt a surge of energy which felt very good & I let out a yell & in my mind I was screaming I AM POWERFUL!! Followed by waves of focusing on breath to crying again. Had insights thru out the meditation. Wow my most powerful breathwork/meditation experience so far

Wow I'm still so overwhelmed right now but I need to write a comment on how wonderful this experience was. Since I watched Matt's video a few weeks ago I decided I wanted to try, but never really sat down to watch your video and start. Today I was just doing my normal things at the end of the day and I suddenly remembered I wanted to try the breathwork, I had a quiet time so I searched your video and started listening and followed what you were saying. It was mindblowing, almost instantly I started to cry, it was frightening, I had so much negative energy pent up from the day and from the recent months of my life, and that just started to burst through me. I started shivering, my hands started tingling and it was such a profound experience in such a short amount of time and out of nowhere, it's still hard for me to wrap my mind around! I'm feeling so much lighter now and I can't believe I didn't do this sooner, thank you so much for giving us this free guide! I'm going to journal now like you said and I definitely want to do this again. Thank you, I feel this was a moment of change and I'm so grateful

Whoa. I just completed this breathing meditation and I have no words. A lot of emotion, but no words, yet. I did feel about halfway in an overwhelming urge to move, so I did while listening to your voice and staying within my body. I did notice that I moved in ways that opened my belly. I stayed on my back while moving. It was extraordinarily relieving. That went on for around one minute and then I settled back into the breathwork. I will journal now to see if the words will come. Thank you so very much. I see this will be a practice that I will continue. Blessings.
