Thank you so much for this. I Hs done Breathwork before, but recently I have felt some deep, deep grief in my heart venture and it wasn’t shifting and I couldn’t cry - nor necessarily attach a story to it which can sometimes help the release. I have been doing this video for a few days and been able to cry each time. Still not done with releasing the grief so I will keep going! Thank you so so much x

Matt D'Avella I just did the breath work. And holy moly. What just happened!?!? 🤯 that got so trippy! DID NOT EXPECT THAT to work on me. I completely lost track of space and time and found myself in flow with my thoughts, and now looking back I can’t even remember what most of those thoughts were... I’m astounded. I’ve been very depressed lately and have such clarity right now.

I'm on day 7 of this breathwork. There first day I tried this it was the best drug I've ever tried. I've tried many "spiritual"drugs. I'm doing this for 30 days as a part of my healing journey. I started meditating almost 3 years ago on this journey. I'm grateful to take the breath further, thank you. I'm living in my car or I'd send you some much deserved financial energy. I'll send you prana until then. :)

I found this meditation 3years ago and did couple of time during hard times after break up. Helped a lot. Now I'm in the middle of another challenging time for me, I came back to it and this meditation is just saving my life, helps me release my emotions blocked somewhere in my body through crying and shaking. Thank you, like really, really much. It's an easy tool, but it's just working perfectly to keep me sane ❤️

I had done a little breathwork but this took it to a whole new level. There is a lot of trauma, sadness and disappointment in my body. After a few minutes the emotions just poured out of me and my body was starting to tingle. I could feel my chest area opening up and along the channels. The energy was flowing which felt amazing!!! This was my first experience with breathwork. I have tried a few different types of meditation but found it difficult to quiet my mind. The breathing exercises gave me a focus by which I was able to sink into myself and completely let go of the world. I remember that at one point I became so cold that I was shivering even though the temperature of the room obviously never changed. When the session was over I had the sensation of "hearing energy," like a fog in my ears. I have never been so deeply relaxed and will continue studying this method with the hope of teaching it to others.

There are so many things I like about this meditation, the heart breathing, letting it be, the feeling the mouth only breathing creates in my solar plexus and chakra, addressing the resistance to express it, the gratitude and cues for self acceptance and love. All around this is off the charts freaking amazing

Be patient with yourself through it. I saw your last comment about having fear come up. You can also opt into working with a facilitator if you need support.

I’ve been practicing meditation for 5 years now but this made me realise how much physical energy is locked inside that I still need to address. After reading Dan Brule’s book, I decided to randomly search for guided “rebirthing” breathwork and came across your clip. So so grateful and inspired. Thank you for sharing the wisdom.

Pushing Beauty curious... Can this same breathing exercise be used to process fear and cultivate courage/strength? Thanks again
@PushingBeauty5 жыл бұрын
@@NathanCavaleriMusic 100%. Fear lives in the body, and this breathing pattern can help us train our nervous system to believe we are safe. I have found that the more I have met my pain with love and acceptance the stronger and more capable I feel.

The way my body reacts during this guided breath work is insane! The best way I can describe it is feels like using a TENS Machine. I found myself at this video last summer because my body was going haywire (stiffness, weakness, pain) and I was scared and every doctor I went to said “oh it’s just anxiety”. So I took matters into my own hands and tried your method. First try I recall having tingling/inner trembling in my forearms to fingertips, and lower calves to toes. I also cried when you talked about emotions and feeling them. Tried again the next day but couldn’t get in the head space and got nothing out of it. I now 15 months later find myself back here following this guided video because what do I have to lose as my body is once again going haywire, more encompassing stiffness, pain, and weakness and still being told it’s just anxiety. This time around the tingles/inner trembling was in my forearms to fingertips, lower calves down to my toes, in my cheeks, and both sides of my lower abdomen. Crazy. Is that normal? It feels as though the end of every nerve is shaking in place. My forearms and hands stiffen up and fingers point upwards to the sky exactly like they do when I have my TENS machine on high voltage. I have to use all my strength to open my hands when this is happening. I don’t get scared because I know it goes away. Took 13 minutes before the tingling/inner trembling completely subsided. My question is: is it normal to have such a strong physical reaction like this?

Hi! It is, but I recommend going slower and relaxing into nasal breathing for a bit if your hands get tight. You're hitting your edge. People handle it differently but my approach is not to push through but to relax into that place and give your body time to feel safe opening by doing this work consistently over time. Also, feel free to email me about the hypervigilence and pain you're experiencing, and I can share more..

Where can I begin? I am completely disassociated with my body, and when my therapist asks me “how does that feel in your body” I’m unable to reply. With your wonderful 23 minute video I’m overwhelmed and physically bought to tears, I FELT the buzzing, I FELT the heat in my chest when breathing. I’m absolutely speechless, I will be subscribing to your channel and I cannot thank you enough for being generous with your time to share this session with us for free. With lots of gratitude from the UK x

That’s a beautiful testimonial - I’m so glad people like us are finding our way to this work! I recently became aware that I am also disassociated - oddly enough, it’s all left side. It’s as if I haven’t been inhabiting the entire left side of my body for many, many years. I’m now on a healing journey and it just fills me with such joy and gratitude that healing and wholeness is even possible. Best of luck on your journey!

I did this 5 days in a row. Cried. Screamed. Flew. It was like I left my body and my mind was peaceful - for the first time in a LONG time. I've never had this kind of response with any other modality. Thank you. Interesting - at first I found I couldn't scream. I just couldn't find my voice to scream (and I'm an extravert). Then inspiration. Journaling. Amazing.Thank you
