Before we created money, we had gratitude, guilt and a story. What story we, the society, told ourselves about the value of different kind of work. +. WE HAD THIVES, those unwilling to feel gratitude, unwilling to feel guilt. Those who told another story, the story of «I have the right to take whats yours». A dollar-bill is only a number, but if you follow the money back to the labour creating value, you find a story. Today, you will often find the story of no gratitude towards the labour, no guilt for using land not owned, no accountability towards society etc.= What you find is what we used to call thieves, but today we call them investors/businessmen.
