I think what we will learn looking back on all of this is that Clark got the eyes initially. Even non-basketball fans were impressed with the long distance three-point shooting and her drama on the court (which I love her for, don't hate on it). But, once she brought the eyes to the W, they are going to realize that these other players are amazing and that it's an overall good product. Because I'm a fan of Clark, I started watching LSU and became also huge fans of Reese and Johnson. Now I watch them independently whether Clark is playing them or not. . . . . . Similar to when Jordan started, the NBA, people started watching Bulls games, but then they quickly started watching all of the games. Now it's an international product that's highly successful. That's just a simple example of how I think it will translate. There is no hate toward these other players. The veil has been lifted. This is a very exciting time!

Too bad a small mind can’t grasp the big picture-
@hottrakz22 күн бұрын
Yeah the big picture is instead of bashing everybody to push Clark take the target off of her back and let her grow you're making it bad for her she hasn't even said anything y'all said everything that is the big picture.

Let's be clear on one thing: Caitlin Clark brought the whole country with her to the WNBA.

Thank you for the respect! I want to watch this game.

WNBA is nothing without Caitlin Clark, I wish Caitlin will stop playing at WNBA and play on Europe.

I agree with you 💯! I wish Caitlin would have just stayed at Iowa for the extra year she was eligible for. These fools are TARGETING CAITLIN bad mouthing her with vial jealousy. They should go back to riding buses and flying coach. Just a shame that the lesbian activist group known as the WNBA are selfish bigots that think the world owes them a living.
@diaryofafreebitch29 күн бұрын
And there would be no Clark without all the women who came before her IN the wnba. She literally just started dude. Calm down. 😂

That doesn’t even make any sense lol

I think she should see if the WNBA will work out....but if they continue with this crapsho*ting, then yes, she should go to Europe. She'll give it a go these few seasons....but maybe she'll cut her losses and leave.

that team and coach are killing her logo shots and just aren't ready for her quick passing. surprised they won with all those missed shots.

A rising tide lifts all boats. This was a great interview by Breanna. It shows the maturity and professionalism that some players in the WNBA have. Ok sports media, let's see more of this and less of the haters.

Breanna's answer is the best answer that I've heard a star player give so far

Good for you, Liberty player! Great to see a player show some respect to CC.

I'm a Caitlin Clark fan, but to be honest, these players shouldn't have to answer questions about Caitlin Clark. The media is responsible for a lot of this animosity other players feel, right or wrong. And in their idiocy are hurting Caitlin.

FACTS... if we don't like the questioning, imagine what the players feel..

Watch the NBA interviews. They're always asked about the competing star. They are always gracious about it. Unlike the WNBA babies.

Now this is the correct attitude from another team. Just respect and recognize what she brings to the table and move on from there.
@cycleoflife56513 күн бұрын
People are in denial about the impact this woman has had on women’s basketball. The hate and jealousy she is getting when she is bringing major dollars to the league by way of the attention that is drawn to her because of her on court performances and how she handles herself with the media. This will all die down eventually but her peers would be wise to appreciate what she has brought, ride the wave and enjoy the moment because it is t going to last forever.

credit to these ladies for actually doing this interview with class

The most thoughtful opinions I’ve heard. And gracious too considering the initial questions in the clip were about another team’s player. Maybe a little faith restored.

Those are some very kind comments from Breanna regarding Caitlin. They are competitors and Breanna is clearly a better player. These are people who are comfortable in their own skin and feel no need to bash a competitor.

oh no the lady actually states what everyone else in America knows. nice to see that she understands that Caitlin brings in new fans and that helps everyone in the league. Not that Caitlin deserves special treatment but the other players should not be striking out at her because they are jealous of the attention she is getting.
