Hi, welcome to Deaf Talks news.
Cancer is one of the diseases that threaten people all over the world.
Developed countries in the world are conducting research on medical methods to prevent cancer, which affects both men and women.
There are different types of cancer in the world.
But breast cancer is one of the higher-risk cancers among women these days.
All because of our lifestyle changes and food habits.
In India, 1,78,000 new cases are diagnosed every year.
It was shocking data found in the Hindu newspaper.
What is the reason behind breast cancer? Let me explain.
A woman can get breast cancer if her family has a history of cancer.
This is genetic cancer, and some other factors like not eating good foods, no physical exercise, and smoking or alcohol are also triggers for breast cancer.
There are some ways to prevent these cancers.
1. Keep Weight in Check: Being overweight can increase the risk of many different cancers, including breast cancer, especially for women getting older.
2. Be physically active. Regular exercise is one of the best things for your health. Try to get at least 30 minutes a day, but any amount of physical activity is better than none.
3. Eat Fruits and Vegetables: Try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and limit alcohol. if Alcohol Zero is Best.
4. Don’t Smoke: Smoking causes at least 15 different cancers, including breast cancer. If you smoke, try to quit as soon as possible.
5. Breastfeed, If Possible: Breastfeeding for a total of one year or more lowers the risk of
breast cancer. It also has great health benefits for the child.
6. Avoid birth control pills, particularly after age 35 or if you smoke, while women are taking birth control pills, they have a slightly increased risk of breast cancer.
7.Check your breasts regularly; keep two fingers on your breasts; and check if you have any pain or find any hard or rounded. Please consult with your doctors.
The reason we have chosen this topic is because yesterday was India Cancer Awareness Day.
We also raise awareness.
This is not only for women; men can also learn and share this knowledge with their wives, friends, mothers, or daughters.
