Hi welcome to Deaf talks news, Today we are going to explain an important topic. If you're not aware of this then danger for your health.
In our body we have different organs: heart, brain, lungs, liver, Kidneys etc.
The main job of the kidneys is to separate, purify, and excrete all the waste products from the blood. A human has two kidneys. The right kidney and the left kidney. If Kidneys fail to purify waste then automatically we will face a lot of problems in our body which lead to death also. Some people have kidney stones. If left untreated, kidney stones can lead to kidney failure. Kidney failure occurs due to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
How to protect the kidney ?
1. Due to the wrong diet, not drinking enough water and eating a lot of non-vegetarian food, fresh vegetables and not going urine properly will cause kidney danger.
2. Avoid eating too many seeded tomatoes. Those seeds make kidney stones.
3. It is generally advised to drink 3 litters of water per day.
4. Eat fruits and do some exercise.
5. If the urine is the same colour as the water, it means you are drinking enough water or be alert if the colour of urine is yellow or dark yellow. You need to be careful. Today is World kidney day.
