Thank you so much @Dirty Medicine! Breast pathology (in addition to other reproductive tumors) have been my weaknesses, but now I'm starting to really understand them! Without you and this channel I would continue to get every single question wrong in UW! 😄😂 Also, another way to remember Phyllodes tumor that I have used is: ChloroPHYLL are in Leaves and PHYLLodes tumors are leaf-like! 😊

Thank you for a phenomenal video! I'm cramming and this is exactly what I needed today. I only have one suggestion: what do you think about adding a summary slide at the end of each video with all your mnemonics and HY points for each pathology? I know you've added them to some of your videos but I think they'd really help when a quick reminder is needed of your clutch mnemonics and HY associations, no matter how packed that last slide may be. I love a good mind-map that ties everything together. As always, thank you!!

Tyvm for this valuable video. I just wanted to add to the very aggressive form of IBC. Typically it presents as inflammation then orange peal skin but there is also a rare more aggressive IBC that interferes with blood flow to the breast tissue giving the breast a dusky/cyanotic appearance. In either case survival depends on immediate action.

He mentioned IBC always begins with chemotherapy. Reason- because it’s stage 3-4 when Dx and usually there’s lymph involvement. So staging stereotactic needle guided biopsy CT aggressive chemo radiation then surgery (recap) the important thing for all students to remember is this isn’t your garden variety where you can wait for lengthy test results-pt survival depends on quick decisive tx
