A breath and movement session pitched at an easy pace, we aim to reduce tension and anxiety by focusing on your breath and attaching it to movement. We will introduce you to some fundamental mobility and flexibility for your shoulders, hips, and spine.
There's something for everyone in this easy Yoga based session and it's an excellent opportunity to break up a long day in front of the screen.
