I truly loved this. This was such an eye-opening experience for me, because I always equated meditation with a stillness. As someone with anxiety, that can be difficult. The movement of the body with the breath felt like I was breaking all the rules...but it felt so right at the same time :) I can do this on my own, but I wouldn't mind an even longer meditation like this. Your soothing guidance is helpful. Many, many thanks!

Dear Tara, I would like to ask you a -for me - really important question. Just started with Yoga three years ago due to a big crisis I had. Since that I'm following @annakleb and you. I'm still a baby-yogi because I have a lot of strange diseases in my body not allowing me to move further at that moment.... I Love your video. Found it today and just started it. But when I'm practicing it and want to get my feels being connected to my body and look inside tears rolling down my face uncontrolled....can you help me finding out what's the reason why? And Tara do think I can move forward using Yoga for my body and mind to heal and grow even if my body and muscels are not the healthiest and strongest? Thank you very much in advance for a comment. Send you looooads of Love from Germany and bless God he gave us YOU! HUGS, Nadine

Hey Nadine, HI - Sorry for being an intruder or nosy. I have been into Tara for the last 7 to 8 yrs (starting my journey of yoga with her); all I can say is she's been a constant in my journey of life. The best part I learnt by practising yoga is to listen more deeply to myself by being gentle, kind, nourishing, growing, flowing through all the things that comes and goes like a wave. What I wanna share with U is: U can heal and grow, the way U want Urself to be; by being gentle ($oftening), connecting, listening the inner U - using yoga in any format u feel. Just allow urself to flow without any mind frame or scale of mark to measure the healing and growing part. Its long IK but lastly - I am sharing because, beginning of last year I was traumatised very severely for 3 to 6 months and the follow ups and consequences were extreme (can't describe the anguish even now) - the constant consistency in practising what I can and could always by softening-listening-gently flowing one to another lead and leading to who I am now - taking my Universe and establishing what I wanna see. Hope it helps :) PS: Be GENTLE-NOURISH-HEAL-GROW PPS: LOVE U TARA

THANIGAIVENI C Wow. Hey you're welcome so much! Not disturbing. Yes, it helps me very much. Sitting on the floor and can't tell what I'm feeling now. Feel a bit more connected and not so damn alone. I feel your warmth and caring. Even I guess your miles away from me. And although you're not knowing me you give me that that great gift of sharing your thoughts and let me inhale a big piece of your love and Freedom and you took your private time for writing me these words. It feels that you have really felt I need your help. That's overwhelming and I'm so grateful. Please feel deeply hugged. Good bless. Never will forget. And I wish you all the best for your journey and hope everything will fall again into place for you. I'm sure it will! God bless you ❤

Hi Nadine. Thanks so much for getting in touch and thank you to our friend here also for the nice and thoughtful response also. You are doing so great since you are already here and on this path of meditation and yoga. A nice thing to keep in mind when emotions come up is to let them come and go. There is no need to worry about what comes up. It's a natural part of the process. The cool thing about meditation is you do it, and it's not important what happens during meditation, but all the other times of life that start to receive benefits from our practice. Hope that helps. Just keep practicing every day. And for yoga, of course you are plenty strong. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. Soften. breathe deep. Move easily. Don't force or push anything and everything will progress just as it's meant to for your body and your whole self. But you already knew all of that :) xoxo big hugs and keep in touch. Also come join us in person sometime at an event. It's great to come together in a group for added benefits and support. xoxo

Hi Tara: I noticed some fancy background camera work in your video today. Is that Mike? Looking more professional all the time.
