Very usefull video. I didn't know that proper breathing can change so much. I can't wait for a next part.

Fantastic addition to the series; consistently clear, informative demonstrations which retain audience interest throughout. Mastering breath control should be high on new students personal training agenda but many, myself included, naively assume this fundamental building block is intuitive when clearly it is not.

Wow, very informative video. Surprised you can talk so much about breathing and it's only part 1. Thanks!

In my world... I trained wtf tkd 1981 - 2000. 3 different schools in 2 different countries. Sometimes your coach or trainer forget to tell you things like that. Or don't repeat it enough. Small important improvements has usually been told to me by fellow students. Can be any little detail. Or my best stretching tips came from my own dad. He was a ballet dancer.

Very thorough explanation, thanks! Question: the bad sounds examples I understood. I do this also. Unfortunately. But could you make the right way to sound a bit more visual? I’m not sure how to do it yet. Thx a lot!
@DonatoNardizzi6 жыл бұрын
The correct sound is white noise so the sound cannot be written down as I showed with the other sounds. The best way I can describe how to make the sound is to imagine you are blowing out a candle that is far away. That jet of air will make the correct sound. I hope this helps.

I am still working on breathing, Master.

Great. Keep working on it. A student once asked me "Why is it important to breathe?". I answered "Because, if you don't breathe you die". Lol. Of course, we all breathe as an autonomic system. The trick is train ourselves to breathe properly and efficiently.
