Blindfold + curse of the tower + gimpy + placenta (so you don’t run out of hp to damage enemies and die immidietly)+ every item is a bomb modification of some kind. And you can choose host hat or a similar invincible item after mom after mom but NO PYROMANIAC. And if it’s impossible you can remove the blindfold factor. Edit: And at the suggestion of @ParzivalMG5613 give yourself one of Tainted Apollyon's red locusts so you can destroy objects but set your base damage stat to the minimum amount so you can't just kill all the enemies with that

@@thepainpanda7681 Perhaps add one red locust (Or whatever the type tainted apollyon starts with) to destroy obstacles in rooms with no enemies. Edit: But make base damage low, so he can't use the locust to kill enemies very effectively.

Allowed to give yourself either a 9 Volt OR The Battery on Depths 2, and whichever of those 2 you didn't pick on Womb 2. Goal is either ??? or Lamb, but Hush, Mega Satan, or Delirium are encouraged for the content :)

Challenge: Playing Isaac with an actual d6 Rules are simple: You start with Schoolbag, Eternal D6, The battery and Void Upon seeing any item pedestal in any room, you'll have to roll a dice to determine what you will do 1. Eternal d6 until you get something you like or it disappears (must use ED6 at least once) 2. Void it 3. Eternal d6 + take immediately (if it's still there) 4. Leave it behind 5. Roll your dice again 6. Take it No rolling your dice for story items (like key piece or the negative) Only rooms that are exceptions to this are shops. Goal is defeating the lamb and full clearing dark room.
