Breath of the Wild's HIDDEN Ranking System EXPLAINED!! [How Enemy and Weapon Scaling WORKS!!]

The world of Hyrule is forever changing throughout your playthrough - weak enemies start tiering up to higher ranks, weapons get upgraded to more powerful variants, and special modifiers start appearing on these weapons to increase their stats further.
