This was GREAT for my awfully sore shoulders. My shoulders always ache for days after some of my higher intensity calisthenics routines. Your stretching routine greatly helped speed up recovery and reduce pain.

Smiled when Flow said "So I can see you better" when he turned around, because you can see Flo just sat down earlier on the couch behind the camera via reflection :)

thank you for this video, aside from the good stretch sensation this moment really functioned as a 'break' from everything else thats going on (work, private stuff, injuries).

This was simple yet effective. I'm gonna do this throughout my days. My shoulder problems got me into yoga during this quarantine. Thanks again. I have a few of videos in my tabs I'm going to do this week

What’s the best practised to do for shoulder/upper back pain and neck pain due to desk job ?

This was great - thank you. I'm starting to do more handstands, and my right shoulder/neck/back gets really tight and sore. What movements and stretches are good to release this tightness? Secondly, what is causing this in my handstands? I can't wait for you handstand video because I think it will focus on the therapeutic/yoga elements. - I'm sure you hear this, but really - THANK YOU. You are bringing so much goodness and peace into the world.

me too!! we'll all be demoted after the quarantine haha, but you'd be surprised, your jiu-jitsu probably improved after doing all the yoga

we don't know, you have to try it out. it certainly CAN but we don't know your body and therefore cannot say. this video in addition to our EMBARK beginner program might help you move better and over time remove pain. but since there is pain we suggest you see a chiropractor or FR therapist 🙏
