To those who complain Flo's advanced sessions are too hard: practise three times a week, and after a few months -- yes, that long-- they'll be more manageable They'll probably never be easy though. That's my experience, at least. Years ago, I started with Bryan Kest's videos. I couldn't do them at first but after six months I could do them well. I repeated them thousands of times after that, no exaggeration.

From 19:00 "Soo happy I remembered!" to 20:00 "That was FUN, wasn't it?", Flo is tough-love coach, philosopher, and motivational speaker - all rolled into one + a wicked sense of humour. I was laughing while protesting. And every time this video plays and you ask whether that was FUN, I hear groans from all over to world: NO!!! (But thank you for making us do it anyway). I'm going to come back to this one often! Bre! We miss you! Hope all well.

My upper body strength is not great, never has been. And honestly sometimes I don’t like these classes cause I think “ it’s too hard”. BUT I’ve been sticking with them and trying my best to follow and do as many reps and such as I can. I can feel my strength changing! So thank you for giving us classes that are on all levels but that still push us past the comfort zone!

Thank you for this. Challenging - just what I needed. I feel for the last month's I've gotten really complacent with exercise - sticking to the videos I'm used to, to poses I've started feeling comfortable doing, same routine week after week. You don't ever notice how this happens, and suddenly I found myself not getting the same satisfaction from exercise, looking forward to the routine less and less, and even foregoing it altogether, some days. This is the price of complacency. So thank you, because this is really what I needed.

My strength has really improved thanks to you - I have been doing the intermediate classes for a couple months and expected this to be much harder to get through. The way you have staggered these classes from beginner through advanced is really helpful!

Flo, you are absolutely extraordinary. Modifications are my friends, I am happy knowing I am learning and growing. I do have to say, however, when you did the "L-sit" pose, I smiled, envisioning myself building the strength to accomplish it someday. That's what I love about yoga. Thank you! 🦉🌹

First time here. As soon as I played the video my dog started tilting her head as she listened to the instructor's voice 😂... Then as I was doing the class I heard the sound of the birds and wondered "hmm those birds I've only heard them in my country and also that construction noise is typical of my country". I just saw in the description this was recorded in Mexico. Duh, of course.🤣 Thank you so much. I just subscribed and looking forward to doing more of these classes! God bless

I think is by far my favorite class, so far. Which I love them all ! 😊 Also, I think balanced Yang and yin classes would be phenomenal and beneficial. Since , I suffer from excessive Vata imbalance , I have to remain strong yet calm and grounded. Namaste. Shanti. 🙏🏽

Been thinking about trying this one out. Ive completed almost every other video on this playlist, so think it’s time I stop avoiding it and face it. Let’s go Flo I accept this dance. Btw I first started with embark and ignite programs, since Ive been facing injuries, and then started adding flo’s strength micro workouts here and there until I jumped to more lenghtly classes. Now I choose the video that talks to me in the morning and keep practicing. I feel the strongest Ive ever been and most importantly my body feels healthy and functional. Thanks Bre and Flo. You are truly the best. Actually I went to my first in person class and totally destroyed it 🤣 instructor was impressed 🙂‍↔️

I have been following you now for about 18 months, and I think this is my favourite class. The perfect balance of strength, challenges, flexibility and stretch. And yet still feels very much like yoga. In just a half hour. I think the fluidity of it appeals to me too. More classes like this one please?!

Who is this guy?? It's been a looong time since I've done yoga, at least a year. This was really fun to come back to. Loved it. He has really great presence, makes the challenge peaceful. Interesting sequences without being awkward or forced. Very well done

I woke up on this saturday morning, balancing between my envy for yin yoga and the one for a stronger pratice. Why not both. This was an excellent class, short but so challenging. I finally grabed the way to transition form dolphin to shataranga (push up). So glad to learn with you how to deepen my practice and control my breath. It helps me at work to control my stress. Great routine however the tip on looking forward not up in upward facing dog was most helpful. I have always looked up and it does not feel great on my neck. The extended plank was amazing!!!! I was shaking and loved it!
