Boot Camp With The Staff Of Harrods And The NSPCC

I was contacted by Harrods and the NSPCC to run a fitness morning for their staff as they were taking part in a charity trek of the great wall of China. They needed a fitness person to get them ready and give the lazy ones a wake up call to get their fitness levels up.
Of course we at Breathe Fitness were up for the challenge and here is a video showing various clips from that morning in a rainy London.
