excellent but not for beginners with poor stability.

What do you mean when you say knees following toes?
@breathefitnessАй бұрын
Good question. Basically when your knee flexes make sure it still remains over the foot and doesn't turn in or out into rotation
@asifnzaidi2 ай бұрын
Just wondering - why do I need to use TRX for doing this ? I can do the squat exercises without it
@breathefitnessАй бұрын
Fair question. If you can squat then great but lots of people can't so they need support and the strap and a good tool to aid in the movement.

I honestly hate making mistakes however it’s life when it happens to me. In the past, I’ve made a mistake that the bastard Andrew Edmunds who’s weird deliberately provoked me in his car 🚙 and van 🚐 that now I’ve learned my lesson and I keep my eyes 👀 wide open in the Ilfracombe area. Perhaps 🤔 I’ve made a mistake by travelling 🧭🧳 out of North Devon on the trains 🚆 🚊 🚂 going to long distances is because they are delayed, alternated or cancelled 😞 😠 😡 which it’s a pain in the neck so don’t worry 😉 about it and it’s all water 💦 🚿 💧 under the bridge 🌁 🌉. I honestly mustn’t upset 😭 😢 😠 myself about the past. To be honest is that I have a vulnerable personality. When I am at work and do the trollies 🚋 🛒 as well as baskets 🧺, don’t worry 😉 about having more than 8 trollies 🚋 🛒 at a time 🕰️ that I’ve made a mistake and make sure ✔️ 👌 👍 it’s a number between 1 and 8 where the number 8 8️⃣ trollies 🚋 🛒 is the limit it goes to so damages honestly don’t happen. I’ve made a mistake by touching the bins 🗑️ 🚮 at work that it’s someone else’s job now and it won’t happen again anymore. I’ve made a mistake by placing soap 🧼 into both of my ears 👂 👂 that it can 👌 cause an itch and placed cotton wool buds into my ear 👂 canals as well so it’s only warm water 💦 🚿 💧 is the limit it goes to. On Thursday 19th December 1991 is over 32 previous years ago that I was very stupid by throwing the bus 🚍 🚌 🚎 ticket 🎫 🎟️ away on the floor on the bus 🚎 🚌 🚍 that I had to pay 💰 for a single fare from Braunton to Ilfracombe via Mullacott Cross ❌ ❎ and I’ve learned my lesson that it won’t happen again. Dated back to Friday 22nd June 2018 when I was in W H Smith in Bideford, North Devon, southwest of England 🏴, I’ve read the Rail 🚃 magazine that a lady approached me and said “Anything interesting” 🤨 🧐 🤔 and I said to her “I’m looking 👀 at the railway 🚃 magazine” and she said “It should happen in the library” 📚 that I’ve made a mistake and hopefully 🤞 🙏 fingers crossed 🤞 that it won’t happen again. If the lady is run 🏃 over by an ambulance 🚑 or bitten by a venomous snake 🐍 who works in W H Smith in Bideford that she might not work there anymore, it would serve her right. I went out of W H Smith and almost 😅 cried. I honestly haven’t been in W H Smith in Bideford in North Devon in the southwest of England 🏴 since then. The lady who served me there might have bumped into me outside the recycling ♻️ centre in Barnstaple however if it was her, I ignored her and it serves her right. If I saw 👀 her again, I honestly must ignore her, falsely pretend she’s not there, promptly walk 🚶♀️ away and leave her alone. I honestly don’t miss her and can’t face her is because I feel uncomfortable 😣 😳 🥴. In the past, I’ve made a mistake by using the wrong 😑 route going into the building at Tesco in Ilfracombe, North Devon, southwest of England 🏴 that it’s dangerous and vulnerable there. I honestly won’t let it happen again that I’m very scared 😟 😱 😦 to use the route and use the route is safe and invulnerable. 👍 😁 😃 😀

Than you for all your tips. They are all vital and useful. I wonder to know the root causes of depression and sadness. What makes some people depressed and sad? Lack of sunshine? Lack of exercise? Sedentary lifestyle? Anyways life is not full of roses. Walking, spring, running, jogging and all the exercises you performed are the best medicine for beating the blues and depression. I fully agree with you on this point. Thumbs up! Cheers!

I'm going to echo the person who thanked you for demonstrating these moves with the TRX attached to a door. Most of the videos I see are at a fitness center of some kind and are hanging from a steel bar with no door or other obstacle. The set-up you demonstrate with is my set-up.

Good video. I have one comment that I’ve seen a lot of Trx videos do when using them on a door. As a carpenter you need to use the other side of the door. When you use it that side your putting all your body weight on that small latch where the handles are. That latch isn’t meant to take that weight. Once that goes that door will swing open and you can have a big injury. If you do it the other side. You then are pulling against the door stop that is fixed all around the frame and then will spread the load over the whole frame
@breathefitness5 ай бұрын
You are correct. As this was in the first lockdown it's the only door in my flat that worked plus this particular door locked so for demonstration purposes it worked but you are correct it should be on the other side.
