Awesome, I like the nasal breathing, may I suggest humming on exhale for increased nitric oxide. Also may I suggest the next level, same format with 2 minute holds, then next level 3 minute holds. I love your work, Thank you. Love&Gratitude. Remember, 'there is no spoon'

I wanted to stick with this one, but the inhale with a slight nose whistle slowly builds rage in me. I've recently gotten into breathwork and have enjoyed trying different techniques, but I also have some ridiculous misophonia. I think I'll need to try this one with my own timer and background music.

Starts at 1:14 I do 6 in 6 out. Sometimes 6 in 12 out. And sometimes I follow along with the 2 in 4 out exactly, in which case the breath holds are much easier. Love how versatile this one is because there’s not much guidance talking, so I can adapt it to different breath practices on different days. It’s become a daily staple. Thank you ❤️❤️
@PACSALTY
@PACSALTY 4 ай бұрын
Ok so it is 2 in 4 out ? But can you just breath normal ins and outs ? Or exaggerated breathing ? As in put effort into to the breaths so you yourself make noise similar to the instructor?

This was great. Love all the podcasts I’ve watched and the many breathing videos I’ve done. I’ve made a couple of them part my a daily practice before meditation. I’m curious to know what this one is doing on a physiological level. My hands and feet tingled by about round 2-3 and I found I sort of dropped out of alert-consciousness and into some other state. When the breath holds came I completely lost track of time and could have help my breath a lot longer. I often felt was forgetting to breathe in again, as in didn’t feel the need to breathe in and it felt super quiet and meditative. Now, off to meditate. Thanks!

For those watching this video. I think it's great. The nasal breathing. The 1:2 ratio of 2 second inhale 4 second out. Couple of things I would recommend that really increased my practice and info from my research. It says in this video hold your breath with "no air in your lungs" and in the audio it says "empty your lungs, but that's not quite right. You're letting go of the air. Not forcing ALL of it out. Just letting go. So the is a LITTLE air left in your lungs. Also if you want to greatly increase your practice, during the inhale after you've held your breath, push your lower back into the floor, squeeze your abdomen. Engage your sphincter muscles like you really gotta pee, and send that energy up to your head. FYI this is the Wim Hof breathing method, and all of this is explained by Wim himself here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKumko2Hpqamb6s Lasty I would recommend doing a 10 second squeeze like what I just described after you've taken your 35th breath. On your 35th breath, breathe in fully, squeeze for 10 seconds, then let it go and then hold your breath for the minute and a half. Search Breathe With Sandy he's got alot of great videos that started me doing this, and his breathing is in pace with the music that's playing. I hope this helps,l. I wish nothing but the best and send love to all of you in your beautiful journey of life. Godspeed. ✌️🤟🖖

I wonder if I practice this exercise, will it increase my breath holding capacity? I am little short of 90 seconds of breath hold. Anyway, the music is not louder than the inhale exhale sounds. Superb. very grateful for this one.
