Hi there. Would you be willing to help me? I took a very big breath in, as I have breathing issues after a surgery and I always feel like I’m not getting enough air in my lungs, right when I put running water in a coffee cup with an unknown mold in it. It released so many spores that it was a white colored cloud. I inhaled A LOT! I’m immunocompromised and I’m quite worried as I don’t know what type of mold it was and if/how dangerous it is/can be. Is there a prophylactic anti-fungal that will prevent serious and/or long term adverse health reactions that’s effective against all toxic molds? I’m really concerned about the possibility of aspergillosis of other severe health issues from dangerous molds. I started having symptoms about 2 hours after inhalation, and by about 12 hours later, it has caused respiratory issues in addition to the sore throat and nasal congestion/post nasal drip that had started about 2 hours after inhalation. Any help will be very much appreciated!!!! I’m not sure if a dr will even be willing to do so, and the doctors around me downplay everything. I’m quite concerned. I have a bs in biology and I know how dangerous they can be. I also know that the fact that I could see the cloud of spores means that there was a HUGE amount of spores. I am not an expert in mold, nor do I own a microscope, so I’m unable to identify the type. Help, PLEASE!!!!

@@beatz3279 These mold companies don’t care. I have mold toxicity already and just inhaled at least 50 percent of a mold spore cloud released, I’m immunocompromised, and naturally, I’m freaked out. I don’t even know if it was a dangerous mold or not, and considering my “luck”, it probably was. We have used all of our savings for a large dental loan, and can’t afford mold treatment. My friend keeps lecturing me that I have to get it done and says that I’m making excuses, but when you live paycheck to paycheck, there’s nothing you can do to pay for it no matter how badly you want to if these companies won’t accept payments, and many won’t. I don’t have thousands of dollars just sitting around. These people have no heart and are so greedy.

My wife and I are extremely I’ll from mold toxicity. We have been unknowingly exposed for 9 months and lost my career job of 17 years due to cognitive problems. I’ve never felt more mentally challenged in my life. Most doctors don’t know anything about mold and it’s effects on the human body. This needs to be studied and taught bc Mold is the Root of ALOT OF HEALTH ISSUES

This is incredible! It wasn’t until recently that I learned that there was a connection between mold spore exposure and cognitive decline. My 72yr old brother lived by himself about an hour from us. We started noticing a rapid decline in brother’s metal state over the past three years but these last few months were the absolute worst. His personality even started to change and when he went to the hospital for a mental evaluation, he was diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia and progressing rapidly. We knew he could no longer live by himself and he was placed in a nursing home near us where he could get the care he needed. My husband and I spent a week and a half clearing and cleaning his apartment all the while breathing the nasty, moldy air around us. It was horrible! There had been a flood in his apartment a while back that wasn’t addressed properly. We noticed that as the weeks went by, my brother’s conditions started reversing. His mental state was improving and he was able to carry on a conversation and follow along with whatever topic we were discussing at the time. This was something that he was unable to do before. His hallucinations stopped, and he began to thrive. He does have a slight touch of dementia but NOTHING like what he had before. We were told that he was misdiagnosed and that several factors could have contributed to his declining mental condition before. But they asked if he was living in a moldy environment because that could’ve been a big factor. Changing his living conditions has absolutely been a blessing for my brother and for the family.

Thank you for this. Yes this is an issue which needs to be taken much more seriously. I was recently exposed to mold in an apartment and suffered first depression and anxiety and eventually a nagging cough (with occassional vomiting) which my health provider diagnosed as bronchitis and then asthma. I was told that there is no blood test which could truly determine if the cause of the asthma is mold. I do not have a history of asthma so I am certain the mold exposure caused it. I am now in a new place and within 5 days, the cough, nausea, eye infections have been drastically reduced and I am feeling much better. Unfortunately landlords will not admit to this problem and do not regularly have their properties inspected for mold contamination and damp.

My life is upside down because it started with my cough and lung infection that won’t go away.. I was diagnosed with BMD back in 2019 and I’d consider myself to be stable now.. until came the cough and out of nowhere there’s anxiety because I fear I have serious health problem even when the doctors said there’s nothing wrong with me. Just now I went to meet my psychiatrist and because of my hypothyroidism that I recently found out last week, the doctor reduced my lithium and introduced anxiety pill to me. Yesterday I finally noticed there’s mould on the walls in my bedroom so I asked if there’s any correlation but the psychiatrist said there is no link between fungus and depression. Well, I still killed the mould by using sodium hypochlorite. I am scared with what’s going on currently but I am trying to be strong and get my life back together. Pls pray for me.

Thank you for doing this video. My family and I are all going through mold sickness right now and still living in the apartment that is making us sick. Mostly my husband has experienced the worst symptoms. This makes so much sense now why his anxiety increased so greatly after moving into this unit. We had an on and off leak since we moved in here and who knows if it was already leaking prior to us moving in. We are working on trying to move out of this unit but unfortunately moving is expensive and we are on a limited income because my husband is disabled and I am the only one who works. Since I started working from home, I’ve had a lot more issues as well and feel like I don’t even know how to do a job that I’ve worked at for 14 years.

My anxiety has been seriously amplified having brain fog chronic congestion on of nowhere and asthma like symptoms breathing is short. It happens × 2 in my room and a bit in my car. Im better in open air and places outside of my home. Went through my closet pulled out two leather jackets and a purse damn near covered in mold. Its getting a bit cooler here I really rarely look in my closest. And never really go through the things in there 1 by 1. Mom said it doesn't show up on other stuff as well. Any home remedy suggestions for removal besides throwing it away and purifying the air?

Discard any porous materials that have been in the contaminated house. I tried desperately to save my belongings. I spent a fortune trying to dry clean clothing and decontamination procedures before moving into new space. It didn't work. Within a week my new house started having the musty smell and I was not any better. I had to discard 90 percent of everything I worked so hard to purchase. And none of this was covered by insurance. Mold illness is very costly in every way.

Holy mouldy!! What are the chances??!! Disclosure this is a really long read. Please bear with me as I am very overwhelmed. 2 years ago, after moving into a brand new house.. I kept telling my husband I feel better when I'm not in the house.. I even saged the house thinking that it was possessed lol... I even asked my husband at one point why there's so much mail in our mailbox tied to this condo when it was only 4 years old??? ... Anyway.. for some reason, my symptoms got worse and worse until I couldn't speak or think. It took my life from me. I had to quit my job because I thought I had Alzheimer's. I thought I had MS.. I was losing my mind. And then, once we moved, I felt better. And then 4 months ago I had a flood in the bedroom bathroom of my now house... And we put the heater in the on suite bathroom with the heater facing out into the bedroom where we slept. Because, why not kill 2 birds with one stone? Dry the bathroom and heat the bedroom. About 2 months ago, I woke up in that same brain fog dementia like state that I was in 2 years ago.. (when I got it last time, it took nearly 2 years to start feeling better).. I was horrified!!!!! I told my husband that the "Alzheimer's" came back.. I just cried and prayed. Literally, by the grace of God, I found a young lady on TikTok on my for you page. ( now what are the chances of that) She shared every symptom that I had, the hair loss, the dementia like comatose state, the shaky vision, the shakyness from the inside, the random pain, the tingling in my hands and feet, the severe anxiety the depression the feeling of a general disconnect not being able to feel a connection with people, the electric zapping feeling going from my elbows to my hands, a cough that reminds me of tasting copper, extreme insomnia, extream rage sudden onset ADHD and just like me, she also was diagnosed with asthma. (which was completely bizarre it went away after I moved.) And now I have the same asthma again. This whole thing feels overwhelming. But yet I feel in my heart so happy because I finally found some answers, which means that I am on my way to getting better. I slept out of the bedroom last night, and today, I feel a tad bit better. And strangely enough last night I mentioned to my husband do you remember in the old house when you ended up re calking the shower cause i hated cleaning it?? (Back then, I didn't know how dangerous mould was) Immediately I realized right then and there as soon as he calked to the shower I started getting better.. And that's when it hit me. Oh my God, I know what this is.. so I went to the bedroom and pulled up the carpet.. boom. BLACK MOULD! Unfortunately, I'm realizing that mainstream medicine doesn't know how to deal with this and often gaslight me into thinking that I'm crazy or that it's anxiety or depression so they send you home. 2 years ago, I was in the hospital 17 times thinking that I had dementia but they wouldn't hear me.. I have been dealing with this for 2 years! At 1 point, I even had a doctor ask and say, "Have you ever used drugs?" I sure hope not because if you have, you have, You may have had an overdose that you're unaware of... and you're probably suffering from brain damage and just be prepared that your fate is coming." That was a doctor from surrey Memorial Hospital. And I wish I could remember his name because I would gun for his job. Anyway, I know that was very long, and if you're still here.. Thank you for reading it I promised my husband and God that if I found answers, I was going to make it my duty to help other people.. I pray that this helps many of you. You aren't crazy. You aren't insane. there are things going on inside your body, and it is your God-given right to a health and prosperity.

I’ve been living in a building for 8yrs that I believe has serious mold damage throughout. I spent 5 yrs on the 2nd floor where I had zero problems, then moved to a first floor unit almost 3 yrs ago and immediately knew there was a problem. Water damage is seen throughout unit. And the washer has been leaking since I moved in. Manager has refused to help, even after letters from my dr and child’s pediatrician. We’ve been so sick for 3 yrs, no stop. Finally I pulled back a baseboard in laurndy area and there’s black mold everywhere. Some is extremely fuzzy. When brought to my managers attention, she immediately filed eviction paperwork on me, citing my rental assistance (I’m disabled with chf) would no longer be helping assist with rent. When I contacted them they said they had discharged me from the program. I can’t get any clear answers to why, I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong other than BEG everyone fo help with this serious issue! Because it’s covid, we’re inside all day and night, and are going crazy from all the illnesses, hives, and increased fear and horrible anxiety that has me almost frozen. I can’t reach anyone who is willing to help me... and no one (within my family) seems to understand why I’m too full of anxiety to do anything.... it’s killing me. Literally. Physically emotionally and spiritually. All my family is out of state. And I have no help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you so much!!!

@@notthatniki9184 I believe you need to change the wood affected by the humidity, mold, fix the leak issue and keep your apartment, house or room very ventilated try to put on a UV big light on the affected area to eliminate the mold and try to seal all the entry of the humidity I just ended up realizing this month, after suffering very bad anxiety, depression and all the things mentioned on this video since the beginning of last year I started to stay longer inside my apartment and anxiety started getting worst now I realized that on the bottom of my kitchen shelf there's access to humidity of the base of the building I'm on the first floor yet the base of the building doesn't have proper ventilation at all and in Japan we are having a non stop rain season and this month the mold got worst and rised even to the kitchen exhaustor I have disassembled it completely and cleaned it all and there was mold even inside of it I'm also going to take everything from inside the shelf and clean it everything and throw bleach to it the wash the normal way, clean the entire shelf and seal the pipe and hoses passage holes with silicone sealant the way it was originally logically meant to be if the base of the building doesn't have ventilation on rain seasons there's definitelly going to be humidity and I don't understand how the architect and manager of the construction didn't think about it yet it is an apartment built in 2017!!!!

But you have to direct all your energy on prioritizing *moving out and into either a better drier state or a better location* Speak to family, friend's and ask for help finding a place in a decent location hopefully in a state with warm drier weather. What seams impossible now will suddenly feel reasonable and even possible. I'm sure with all the things against you it would feel impossible *but I guarantee you if you focus day in day out on thinking, fantasizing, entertaining feelings and thoughts of moving out to a better place you will start to notice clear opportunities opening up for you* All the best and God bless.

I have watched one of your videos for the first time today. Thank you for your videos. We finally got my mum out of her old home after 57yrs. We've noticed a marked cognitive decline in her since the move. I had put it down to the actual move itself, I'm now 100% of the belief it's mold related. The day she moved out, my sister in law and I were cleaning. Thank God we were wearing N95 masks as one the furniture was gone, there was mold everywhere... Her partner of 33yrs has a chronic productive cough, recently had a bronchoscopy (no formal results a yet). They had/still have sooo many clothes and bags with mold on it. I spoke to my mum about it a week ago, that all the clothes and bags should be burnt. She doesn't believe me. How do I get them to listen? How do I get their GP's to investigate? How can I treat it myself. I'm a Registered Nurse, now out of the system. My mum only on 2 antihypertensives. Unfortunately her partner is on a myriad of medications.

I have an angle for you. I'm not sure how to put this so, before my preamble transforms into a tangential novel - self-deprivation of breathing (auto-immune-induced?) ::: I know there is mold, I know breathing it is bad, I cannot escape the mold ($$$), and so I breath as little as possible ::: Over time it's developed into a wierd disorder where I only breath in just enough to immediately exhale... I'm 33; I live with my dad (in his mom's house)(...next slide) which they've lived in since the 50s. It's a typical 2-bedroom ranch-style in the ohio river valley. The mold is olfactorily-detectable, and my grandmother, father, and now I all have the symptoms you'd expect from chronic longterm exposure. My father has a codependent behavioral disorder; which if you've never experienced, is like a kind of low-key autism ( personally I feel it's related to the way boomers were -by-and-large- trained to live in denial here in the states). He's in denial about the mold - despite knowing that that it's there. I've taken pictures, and they at least once in the past had a water main break and had to replace the kitchen floor. They called a mold specialist then who either lied or was just incompetent because it clearly did not get resolved. I'm watching the mold kill my cat, (and me), and I'm losing my fucking mind. Figured I'd get all the way real here in the event it's useful to some ostensible future research.

Ok this is alarming. I am exposed to molds and close associates from my job which entails repairing and refurbishing domestic refrigerators. When I first see these units, the former owners rarely have cleaned them before curbside pickup. Often they are kind of a mess. After pickup it can be one day to one month before the doors have been opened thus all of that time left to percolate growth in a damp, dark, moist, food rich environment. Opening certain units can be like opening tutankhamuns burial chamber! You simply have no idea what you will be assaulted with! I wonder how years of doing this has affected my health. I have led myself to believe it has strengthened my immunity, rather than giving me detrimental brain fungus or something!! I mean, I just don't seem to get sick very much. My co worker, with an eight and an eleven year old set of daughters is CONSTANTLY SICK and we figure the kids bring it all home from school. Often she tells me that first the kids, then grandma, then grandpa, then her, and very recently they had a family of healthy relatives from out of town come for a visit and that entire family became ill within 2 or 3 days. What a freaking nightmare. And the poor woman is sick and hacking and stuffy and snotty three out of five days of her life, if not more. I've been at this trade for 35 years, and she has been at it for around three years. I wonder if constant exposure, along with occasional and intense doses of cellulase may just keep the invaders at bay!? And I do pay attention to my microbiome with rejuvelac and some other fermented goodies Hmmmmm..... By the way, I live in the Pacific Northwest region of U. S. A. and it is often rainy and damp and dreary and the mushrooms love it here. 😅

@@avalonmist254 I can’t find a place to sleep, cook, bath….live in that’s not moldy. I don’t understand how so many other people are totally fine in places I have to run out of. Yesterday, I visited another hotel, walked around to see how I felt, couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes bc the mold and whatever else was so awful I couldn’t breath, walk, think or drive. I had to sit outside in the cold for 25 minutes before I could get into my car and safely drive to a department store to rinse off. How are the employees and other guests able to handle that hotel? I can’t control my environment all the time so how do I make my body resilient to mold like all the other people that are in that hotel and not debilitated by a five minute exposure. Not that I want to spend a lot of time in the presence of toxins but I can’t do homeless outside in my very weak and vulnerable condition. There’s been a constant snow storm for the past 12 hours. Something is very weird and complicated about environmental illness. I feel like I’m missing something. My schools, especially college, my workplaces, many friends places….all have mold.
