Yes, 79. I ran into her a couple years ago, at a McDonald's. I was leaving, and she was sitting in a yellow Cadillac in front of the store, when I noticed her, and said 'Brenda Lee'!! She just says yes, then I ask her to sing "I'm Sorry" and she just tears right into it. Completely floored me! Ran into George ' Goober' Lindsey, asked him to do a quick Cary Grant, insulted me like a real a..hole. @@benbop1965 i have tried to find that source where i got that but after a couple hours i can only find she appeared onJunior Ozark Jubilee and sang the song, hound dog in 1956, august i do believe. BUT i did find out that Little Esther did record hound dog in 1953, Recorded: March 11, 1953; Released: April 1953 along with 9 other people/groups before elvis.
