Another great songstress from the late 50's & early 60's. She started very young & had a very unique voice. She covered different genres including rockabilly, pop & country. Some other hits by her are "Sweet Nothin's", "Break It To Me Gently", "All Alone Am I" etc.

It seemed so real, but it was lip sync. Brenda was the biggest female singer around at the time. She was 15, at this time, doing this song, her biggest hit. The biggest singer (most popular), yet the shortest, too, at under 5 feet tall. And a booming voice. A world-wide sensation! She is still performing. You'll hear another big hit of hers, Rockin' around the Xmas tree, at Xmas time on the radio.
