I’m willing to die on this hill and say the caller took zero accountability for her situation. I know I’m not the only one thinking something’s suspicious about the caller. I wanna make it very clear that I fucking hate Fresh & Fit. But a false SA allegation is insane. I know I’m probably gonna get a lot of replies saying that I’m “victim blaming”. You need to understand this girl chose to put herself in this situation. The moment she got her purse back from Myron’s car. She should’ve blocked Myron’s contact information. But instead she wanted to debate her views against Myron. Yet this girl doesn’t need to prove shit to Myron. If this girl had any respect for herself she would’ve stopped talking to Myron and Walter. And also tell her friend that they need to stay far away from these sketchy ass dudes. Yet despite her feeling “sick to her stomach” about Myron and the F&F podcast. She still chooses to make plans with them to go to the club. When she was outside the F&F studio, she should’ve called for an Uber to get away from Myron. Keep in mind she was also on the F&F podcast. So she had a good introduction into how shitty of a guy Myron is. It’s really sad how avoidable this situation could’ve been. It’s also really scary how many people including Ethan, validate this caller and her stupid choices. Keep in mind this girl knew a ton of red flags about Myron before she was alone with him. Yet she chooses to ignore these red flags and assumes Myron is “a stand up guy”. All this to say, this caller and other people really need to take accountability for how they ended up in these situations. No one was holding a gun to the callers head. So she could’ve stopped contact with Myron after she got her purse back. And finally, the fact that Aba & Preach made a video calling this girl out. Despite Aba and Preach’s beef with F&F. Goes to show how sad it is that Ethan platformed this caller. I love you Ethan, but holy shit this is on Par with Trisha making a false accusation against the dead teacher.

These are all time stamps from the fresh and fit response stream. At 5:59:30 the H3 caller asks why he admitted to kissing her and lifting her shirt and he responded by saying “cause it’s the truth” At 3:23:01 he says “I don’t remember where I kissed her” meaning he definitely kissed her as she said, without consent. At 3:34:07 3:39:40 at 3:55:30 he’s say “I kissed her unwanted” while reading a list of things he thinks should have made her leave. At 3:54:18 he says “she’s mad cause I made a joke about her titties being lopsided” which means he did do what she said, again without consent. At 4:25:01 a text is read in which she says Myron is mad because she denied him sex. He does not deny trying to have sex with her as she described, he only disputes that he wasn’t mad cause he was texting another girl. 4:30:00 he says she probably had a lot to drink which doesn’t really help with the consent thing. At 3:54:55 he says “so I kiss you, right?” kissing someone without their consent is considered sexual battery in Florida. His, she could have left defence doesn’t work because consent is defined in Florida as “Consent” means intelligent, knowing, and voluntary consent and does not include coerced submission. “Consent” shall not be deemed or construed to mean the failure by the alleged victim to offer physical resistance to the offender.” so just cause she didn’t leave doesn’t matter. His only defence is saying that it’s not wrong because she could have left. At one point saying at 4:00:10 it’s not sexual assault because “she had plenty of chances to walk away” he never disputes the consent or kiss, his only defence is that she could have left and didn’t, which given Floridas definition of consent is not valid. And this is his only defence, he never says he didn’t kiss her. Never once does he deny that

I don't have tourette syndrome but I do have physical ticks which can last for weeks or months. Once it was rapid blinking. Another time it was squeezing my toes. The worst and most persistent has been flexing my shoulder ever since I broke that arm. It has nothing to do with anything physical. It's completely in my head and it's been a persistent insecurity. I think I do well to hide it but I've had it pointed out a few times which probably means everyone sees it and are too polite to comment. I get what Ethan is saying and it's so painful because at least my livelihood doesn't depend on me not having ticks. He's amazing we all love him. He'll be fine but it's heartbreaking that he experiences physical discomfort, insecurity and public shame. I know we're all really understanding because we love him dearly but hearing the way it ticked up as he was talking about it hits home.

Ethan, highly recommend asking your doctor for an allergen test. From what I know, there are a few options: you can have a blood panel done for household allergens (things like pollens, danders, dusts, etc). you can also do a skin test. This test, tests for a wider range of allergens, but it does require a specialist to scratch your skin with different allergens. I would specifically ask if there was a way to also test for allergies to medication. I’m not sure if that’s possible tho. It’s good to know, because if you do have a slight allergy to something, repeated engaging (breathing is lots of dust, eating fish, etc.) with that allergen, it can actually make your allergy more severe.

A nearly pharmacist here - I second this! Get an allergen test if you can for common allergens. There's no real way unfortunately to test for allergies to medication. Taking the medicine and increasing the dose as tolerated to reach steady state (depending on the med of course) and then monitoring is really the only thing we can do. To anticipate response to medicine before taking it you'd need to undergo specific genetic testing which is expensive and not practical in most cases (unless you are at high risk of developing life-threatening reactions).

The fact that Ethan proceeds to not ask any questions, what the woman is saying makes no sense. What you're doing right now is doing a disservice to people who actually are victims. At 5:59:30 the H3 caller asks why he admitted to kissing her and lifting her shirt and he responded by saying “cause it’s the truth” At 3:23:01 he says “I don’t remember where I kissed her” meaning he definitely kissed her as she said, without consent. At 3:34:07 3:39:40 at 3:55:30 he’s say “I kissed her unwanted” while reading a list of things he thinks should have made her leave. At 3:54:18 he says “she’s mad cause I made a joke about her titties being lopsided” which means he did do what she said, again without consent. At 4:25:01 a text is read in which she says Myron is mad because she denied him sex. He does not deny trying to have sex with her as she described, he only disputes that he wasn’t mad cause he was texting another girl. 4:30:00 he says she probably had a lot to drink which doesn’t really help with the consent thing. At 3:54:55 he says “so I kiss you, right?” kissing someone without their consent is considered sexual battery in Florida. His, she could have left defence doesn’t work because consent is defined in Florida as “Consent” means intelligent, knowing, and voluntary consent and does not include coerced submission. “Consent” shall not be deemed or construed to mean the failure by the alleged victim to offer physical resistance to the offender.” so just cause she didn’t leave doesn’t matter. His only defence is saying that it’s not wrong because she could have left. At one point saying at 4:00:10 it’s not sexual assault because “she had plenty of chances to walk away” he never disputes the consent or kiss, his only defence is that she could have left and didn’t, which given Floridas definition of consent is not valid. And this is his only defence, he never says he didn’t kiss her. Never once does he deny that

At 3:54:18 he says “she’s mad cause I made a joke about her titties being lopsided” which means he did do what she said, again without consent. At 4:25:01 a text is read in which she says Myron is mad because she denied him sex. He does not deny trying to have sex with her as she described, he only disputes that he wasn’t mad cause he was texting another girl. 4:30:00 he says she probably had a lot to drink which doesn’t really help with the consent thing. At 3:54:55 he says “so I kiss you, right?” kissing someone without their consent is considered sexual battery in Florida. His, she could have left defence doesn’t work because consent is defined in Florida as “Consent” means intelligent, knowing, and voluntary consent and does not include coerced submission. “Consent” shall not be deemed or construed to mean the failure by the alleged victim to offer physical resistance to the offender.” so just cause she didn’t leave doesn’t matter. His only defence is saying that it’s not wrong because she could have left. At one point saying at 4:00:10 it’s not sexual assault because “she had plenty of chances to walk away” he never disputes the consent or kiss, his only defence is that she could have left and didn’t, which given Floridas definition of consent is not valid. @@afterglow2935 I guess but he's an old man now. He's had enough time to decide he wants to stop letting his childhood trauma cause him to treat his friends poorly and get passed it. It's the same as I felt when they were letting Johnny Depp go on and on in court about how he's hard to live with because his mom was mean. But now he's old and very wealthy. He's had time and resources to work through those bad experiences and grow from them. One of my parents was abusive, too. I'm not rich and not very old and I'm well passed the issues my dad put on me. Had to get passed it to make it as an adult. Had to push and grow. The F&F story sounded like a mess. The girl could have called an uber at any point but she got in F&F's car, they went to have some food and went to F&F's studio despite admittedly the girl found them creepy.
