This is sooooo good! Thank you Brendon for helping me transition into an adult. I for one was raised in an abusive home and never had someone help me process into adulthood in a healthy manner. So I value everything you say and I never ever get offended in how you say it or present it. Just know you have made a huge difference in my life. Forever grateful - never full of regret. 💥

This was so solid literally each thing your elaborated on was like cold punches to the face for me and the main thing that stuck with me is when you talked about what is that 70 year old you going to think when your in that rocking chair and the other peoples doubt was a big one for me, I was like Brendon just nailed me to the cross without trying so excuse are worthless

Wouldn’t no momentum, dead, be zero? 😂

I think of it like driving a car. Our engines will push the car forward without the force of our own momentum. Sure, it's still there, but without any effort on our part. The car will propel itself forward with it's own momentum whether we're sitting in it dead or alive. 😂

This actually stressed me out. I talk fast but you are talking so fast while telling everyone to calm down. I am sure there is a good message there.
