I love your lectures! Makes it so much easier to understand the material. I signed up to your online courses. Hard to find a teacher that puts it in context and uses such practical examples and asks his students so many questions. I love it, am very impressed and glad I found you. Cause I love anatomy, but find it hard to remember all these definitions.

I'm so grateful that I came across your channel. I haven't come across anybody who teaches the way you do. I think you've made it really simple. There's something that I would like to ask though. Do muscles only move from insertion to origin. I mean does the origin always pull the insertion ?
@Nadiau1004 жыл бұрын
Hi Brent, thanks so much for this class. So if I understand this correctly...I don't need to memorize what each muscle does...but I do need to memorize their location, proximal and distal attachments? Is there anything else that you would spend time memorizing? thanks for all your help!

Thanks Leslie, This class was a little dead, but what do you expect from a bunch of 18-22yo undergrads at 8:30am on a weekend. I do find it kind of hilarious that I keep telling corny jokes and they just keep dying, not even a chuckle. Kind-of like watching a comedian bomb ;-) Dr. B2

Hi Brent, you must get rather frustrated with the insane amount of 'lower ab' workouts on youtube, internet and magazines!!
@BrookbushInstitute10 жыл бұрын
Hey Bryan, I do get frustrated from time to time, but the issue is two fold. Magazines write those articles, because that is what the public is asking for. All we can do is our best to educate the public and steer them in the right direction. Hopefully this leads to a change in public demand and more high quality work in the popular media. B2

Brent Brookbush It would help if health and fitness professionals had more access to megazines rather than celebrities! I imagine not many of them know what the TVA is!
