Yup, those are the major points. Along with those, I also think you can get a few more ticks on the radar by drive leg toe extension, wrist extention and pronation along with finger extension in the throwing arm.

Thank you for breaking down the key points in the Kibler and Chandler findings as well as explaining the energy produced within the kinetic chain in layman’s terms. I think the last move off the front leg is not correct If you put your back hip square to home the front leg get straigh with out having to do it yourself

When i drive it kind of rockets me down the mound and I'm not jumping down the mound. It might just be cause i can generate alot more force than my body weighs since im 128 pounds, or maybe cause im on flat land.
