The wrestler was Slick Robbie D. In 2002, Slick Robbie D had an alleged sexual encounter with an underage girl. The girl’s father pressed charges and he was arrested. Instead of facing a trial, He took his own life by committing suicide by hanging himself. He was just 32 years old.

He was the founder of Ring of Honor, and back in 2004 he got busted in an online sting operation for trying to solicit sex with a minor (think "To Catch a Predator"), which led to him being forced out of his own company, and he's pretty much been a pariah in the wrestling industry ever since.
