Wrong. There's no reason for bands like Poison to complain. During the 1990's Gun's & Roses, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, Def Leppard, Kiss still sold a million records & played arenas. It's all about good music vs bad music.

Poison was always great. Bret must of all. Part of the hair metal thing but they would have been just as successful in any decade with those songs. Dress those tracks up with different production and they still sell. Great songs are great songs.

Since I was a kid and didn't know much (because I was a kid) about life but could tell this man was a nice guy; he seems genuine, young and alive but kind.. and now after many years, I can clearly say it without even meeting him in person. Bret Michaels is an amazing human being... a total rockstar in my books!

To these kids up coming bands- GET A GREAT LAWYER who is experienced in contract laws!!!! Also watch who u sign your music to because if u sell it the company that owns can sell it to anyone and you can't sue! Get right people and right management 👌

I met Brett when I was working as a tow truck driver in 96.. towed his pick up from San diego to Ventura with him and his body guard.. He bought us Jack in the box and tipped me $40 ... Very nice guy and considering the long ride in a flatbed tow truck cab not really meant for 3 full grown men he was very gracious and dealt with me being a bit star struck lmao.. He even helped run the controls to unload the truck !!

I'd love to see Bret take the wig off, just once. Absolutely love the man, but I want to see him embrace it. Joe Lynn Turner took off the wig (Alopecia) and he looks absolutely Bad AZZ! I know for a fact that Bret would look equally awesome.

Saw Poison with Def Lepard once at Blossom in Cleveland. Great performance and Poison was awesome. Great energy. Only remember the day because on our way to the concert we started hearing reports that Michael Jackson had died. Though it had not been confirmed at that point. By the time we got back to the car post concert it was everywhere that Jackson had died.
