Nice opening! Reserved List buyouts are the reason almost every mtg player I know play with some proxies without ever thinking ever spending houndreds/thousands on "real" cards. It's cardboard and many cannot pay a rent on a card, even if its value will rise in time. And many good formats and decks are fun to be played, even tho actually buying them now would cost thousands of euros.

Not seeing any K'rrik (i don't think I spelt that right) + vilis, necro, yawgmoth's will, ad naus, cabal shit, etc. made me sad, I've thought for awhile that monoblack is the strongest mono color. It'd be interesting to hear your thoughts on which colors get the most balance to be able to carry a mono deck the best.

There are ways to play her "fairly", but still, the momentum gained for playing anything remotely synergistic with her in play is really hard to fight. Something very inocent in commander, like Unnerve, becomes brutal. The main issue with her is that turns control cards into "cheat into play" cards. So, not only you are controling your opponents, you are "ramping" like crazy, with very cheap spells (like fleshbag marauder).

yeah, good call, that was a miss. as for the attacks, IIRC i couldn't loop the voice of many indefinitely because i didn't have a way to bounce the symbiote, and i had at least one creature tutor in my hand but no way to deal with the mindcensor, and admittedly i was still scared of Godo after getting slapped by him 2 times in about 3 minutes of game time

About the Modern Horizon's snow lands: Blue one has a flare at the base but it's pointy. The lack of flare base on the others signifies that they should NOT be used as butt plugs XD (And the ice point makes the island too dangerous for that use HAHAHA)

How much card draw is too much card draw...is there such a thing? Would you put both Rhystic Study and Viridian Revel in your deck? I'm currently making an all color Commander deck (but mostly centered around blue and green..probably 90% of the deck are those colors) and I have a decent amount of cards (more then 6) that, in one way or another, allow me to draw cards. Some I have to pay for others are "free".

Lmao I've been investing in the Reserve List lately. Repercussion baby, I'm speculating hella hard. Shit is fun with Blasphemous Act and has good synergy with another Reserved List card called Varchild's War-riders. Nothing insane, but damn fun times. In my opinion, you either buy/invest in these cards now or you can complain on a 4 year cycle about how you missed the window four years ago.

Nooo, man... I’m so very tempted, but I’m wrapping up Ghost of Tsushima and downloaded FFVII Remake from PSN for free, so I’m on that as well... It’s a solid retelling thus far. Some of the voice actors aren’t my favorite, but most of the original story (and then some) are maintained, to my memory. Are you on the latest Hunter? @@LocalGameGroup I was talking about black lol, it probably made the game more balanced out variably wise though. I just believe black to be the strongest base color plus you can add colorless (artifact ramp) and cost reducers on both ends plus ad nauseam, bolas's citadel there's just an insane amount of support in it. Colorless/artifacts in my case are super competitive as well though, I've got a jhoira deck as well and have used much of what you guys included in the deck techs on it with a few of my own additions (basalt/grim monolith+ rings of brighthearth for example) plus rings of brighthearth has extra synergy for things like aetherflux reservoir

To be honest: I had no fun watching this, because the Marwyn player was such a sore loser. Comments like "I hate you" or "shut up" that weren't said playfully at all tainted the mood. As well as when he was clearly winning and still complaining that he won't be able to win and finally the others having to explain to him how his deck works. All of this made my stomach cramp.

Mono blue that isn't counter magic, turns, merfolk, wizards, or wins off of cards like Lab Maniac. I built a mono blue Vehicles deck with a pirate sub theme. It is pretty bad, but it is my own creation and the two times it did win, it felt that much better. This automatic assumption monoblue can't exist without counter magic needs to be proven wrong.
