nice brew day, cool to see what gets cut out. at least that hood condensation keeps you wiping it, which keeps it really clean and dust free.

almost an old neighbor. grew up in chicago, last placed i lived was in bensenville. moved to colorado 7 years ago. cant wait to taste the cherry chocolate stout. few more days till I move to secondary. smells awesome already

So great I watched it twice haha Caught the last hour live then the rest on replay at work. Jealous of the wort chiller, takes me about 10 min with a copper coil just to get it to 78f

I know you already have your PID wired up but I figured I would mention the EZBOIL controller by auber is suppose to be really awesome for easily controlling a boil and also you can set timers and what not for your boil duration. I'm going to try it out on my system when I build it.
