Have you tried hot cubing ? No chill/ hot cubing is great for making wort when you want, without the need to rack into fermenters. All my beers are no chill, saves on mess and water.

That's great. It looks like an interesting idea. I haven't done that here, as I plan to brew when it's convenient to ferment and whatnot right away. Also, with the cold temp of ground water here, it's really quick for me to chill my wort. I run it full speed from my kettle, and it chills down to just below my desired ferm temp, no problem. I brewed today, and I only had the water hose on half way to chill it to the mid 50sF as it drained from the kettle. Thanks for watching! 🍻

@@ThisDadGoesTo11 I will give your recipe a go. I do enjoy traditional German lagers and pilsners. I also enjoy XPA beers. Look up Balter xpa clone, just use local grains and I hope you like it.

@@dalejoy193 Ooh, that recipe does look good. Might be a nice late Spring beer. Thanks for the tip! Good luck with the brew.

@@ThisDadGoesTo11 Cheers, I do like your new video, Pineapple hot sauce. I grew a lot of Hungarian hot wax chillies.Time to get busy........

@@dalejoy193 oh, that's awesome! Glad you liked the video. That sauce is delicious. I might try another version soon with way more pineapple and potentially less sugar, depending on how or tastes. I'm hoping I can grow some of my own peppers in the greenhouse this summer. I have little starters in my home right now...waiting for slightly warmer weather before transplanting. 🤞

11/10 Chop Saw. They don't make Ryobi's like that anymore.

Totally! I've had this one for all over 15 years. With the number of crazy reno projects it has seen, it doesn't owe me anything. Took me a minute to remember it made an appearance in this video. 🤣
